I hesitated to write this review because while the hotel isn't bad, it falls short of the level one expects from a 5-star establishment. The Hard Rock Hotel is undeniably clean, lively, and offers entertainment, which was enjoyable. However, it didn't fully live up to the high expectations I had. We booked a top-floor room with a bath, and the room's design was indeed unique and impressive. However, in my opinion, what defines a 5-star experience is attention to detail, something I found lacking here. Worn-out bathrobes, broken tiles, and the state of the kids' pool floor were disappointing. It was even embarrassing to capture photos due to the floor's condition. While the hotel has the potential for a 'wow' factor, the lack of attention to detail detracts from it. Regarding the American restaurant, there seemed to be an issue with the booking. We were initially told there was no reservation, leading to an hour's wait. Upon returning to the reception and presenting the receipt, the restaurant staff claimed we provided the wrong room number, which wasn't the case as we also provided our surname. Ideally, the restaurant staff should have resolved this without us needing to return to reception. It's regrettable to leave a negative review, but I hope it serves as constructive feedback. There's an opportunity for improvement, especially in maintaining standards and enhancing staff training for better guest experiences.…

This is the best resort in Tenerife, especially if you have children ! The staff are amazing, the facilities are the best and the food is 10/10, I highly recommend Rock Royalty, the concierge service is so good and the Rock Royalty Lounge is such a lovely place to have a quiter breakfast, it's also fine to take children, there was a lot of children in there while we were there, all very well behaved but it's not too stuffy, nice relaxed atmosphere. Can't fault Sessions, the food is fab and there's definitely something for everyone, honestly this place is so good and I'm very fussy.

Best experience ever. Quality of amenities, food, location...but most of all top notch staff, always with a smile in their face. "Roxity kids Club" is highly recommend if you have kids. Their carers crew: Sire, Karla, Lucia, Paola and company, passionately deliver a daily activities schedule that your kids will not want to miss.

Generally good but restricted on times to visit certain restaurants Cannot understand why we were only permitted to visit Beach Club for’ lunch’ between 3 and 4.30 closure time?? Not made clear by booking agent or HardRock upon arrival Not a cheap holiday and these restrictions did not apply when we visited for a week in February 2023

There’s one one bad thing to say about our visit. From the welcome at check in and the professionalism of all the staff we encountered - to then be taken to our room which was perfect. The size was enough - everything you need is in the room which was service every day. The pool areas are immaculate and there are plenty of them - the hotel is kept in fantastic condition and clean. The breakfast was brilliant plenty choice (but very busy I choice pick your time wisely) the entertainment at the lobby bar was brilliant - the entertainment on the rooftop bar The 16th was class and so were the drinks (special mention for Aroa for her hospitality) theres not anything this hotel doesn’t cater for - perfect for families and couple of all ages.

Fantastic hotel with amazing views, facilities And staff! My wife is celiac and the staff are very good to accommodate, in all restaurants including the buffet, they cook food separately! All the pools are great, we loved the Eden pool (adult only) a special shout out to Matteo and Jose who work very hard serving all guests, Matteo and Jose are both fantastic characters!
