I must start my review of this hotel by saying that having read previous comments left by others and having just stayed here myself with Husband and a couple of friends I really find it hard to understand how you cannot like this Hotel The hotel is set in an area overlooking a lovely lake which immediately makes you feel...

Stayed for two nights in this hotel which is way off the beaten track at the back of a industrial estate. Looks out over nice lake and is very quiet which is surprising. Surroundings are very quiet and pleasant. Restaurant is a bit dissappointing as is the bar food. Breakfast service was poor on both mornings.

This hotel should have its franchise of Crowne Plaza taken away before it degrades the IHG name any further. Stayed here for the weekend, check-in wasn't too bad but was never informed I could have lounge access being a Spire member. Food is pretty good for a hotel of this level, found it puzzling that the bartender told r they...

Came here as a stop over. As always, the Crowne Plaza delivers. Nice location and very convenient. Good service, good facilities -what makes it perfect for kids is the indoor pool. Highly recommended.

Used to love this place. It was my hotel of choice up until new ownership took over. We spent over £20k there last year on corporate and social occasions. Now there is no customer care at all. It's not the staffs fault or even the GM. The new owners wouldn't even let us use a breakfast voucher bought last time...

I've stayed here many times on business, it has good sized rooms and good pool, sauna, hot tub (never used the gym - but I looks well equipped). The hotel is a little out of the way i.e. a long walk into Marlow to use the restaurants /pubs etc, but no issues with getting a Taxi or driving. There is...

I stayed here many years ago and was dissatisfied, however I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel recently. The new owners have really improved what used to be a mediocre hotel. The staff are thorough, well mannered and very helpful indeed. The food in the restaurant was delicious, so much so that I ate here every night instead of...

We were greeted at reception nice and polite gentleman, paid for our stay but wanted a further £50 for incidentals!!! In other crowns plazas you can get them to remove this charge however the reception was...

If you intend on staying in the hotel for a couple of drinks, you might want to consider remortgaging your house. Gin & Tonic £14. Nearly fell off my seat. Hotel is slightly above average, but nowhere near the level of a hotel that should be charging £14 for a gin and tonic. Completely insane.
