Located within the beautiful valley of the River Lune between the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District National Park. Woodclose Park is a quiet and serene place, set within nine acres providing a unique holiday base in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Within a short walking distance from the Park you will find yourself beside the River Lune and the three ribbed medieval arches of Devil's Bridge, linked to legend in local tales. The picturesque market town of Kirkby Lonsdale is within half a mile and has a selection of award winning tearooms, restaurants & pubs. We are Gold David Bellamy Conservation Award winners in 2018, have an 2018 AA 5 Pennant Award, and have been awarded 5 stars by Visit England. The Park is well laid out in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with a number of hard-standing pitches for tourers, secluded Glamping field and a Self Catering flat. The site is open for Touring, Glamping and Self Catering from 1st March - 2nd January.

Stayed in our own caravan on touring part of the site. Well maintained fully serviced pitches with plenty of space between neighbouring caravans. Beautiful park. Considering it is autumn everything looks fresh and well maintained. Toilet and shower facilities excellent, individual shower and toilets. Water hot. 😊bliss and showers at just the right height for those that are vertically challenged. Plenty of country walks and close to charming town with dog friendly pubs. Definitely going to return next year and can highly recommend.

Room Tip: If touring, touring take extra strong pegs for awning as hard standing slate clippings.

Stayed on the touring site for 4 nights and loved it so much we booked before we left to come back for a week next year. Great location and an easy walk in to Kirkby Lonsdale which is a lovely little town. Lovely walks and great scenery. Loved the set up with the showers and toilets and these were always kept clean with sanitising spray to use. Definitely recommend this site!

Thank you for providing super clean facilities and hand sanitises around the site. We stayed in the basic pod and used shared facilities to wash etc and each time they were spotlessly clean 🙂 Our pod was cosy and warm at night and overall provided the break we needed.

Been here a few times now and again we were not disappointed. The staff are helpful and the facilities clean. Showers are lovely and warm and the site is very well kept. The location is 15 mins brisk walk into Kirkby Lonsdale and very enjoyable via Devils bridge. A walk along the river is a must.
