Very basic accommodation. Struggling to get towels dried for morning shower. Food good and relaxed atmosphere. Further out from Kirkby Lonsdale than we expected. Popular with the locals. Definitely quirky!!

There are buses to Kirby Lonsdale from Lancaster about 5-6 times a day with a journey time of over an hour. You would have to get a cab from Kirby Lonsdale to Barbon, about 2 - 3 miles away. The Barbon Inn is very isolated... More
