My partner and I took a mini holiday in Norfolk and booked ourselves into the Kings Arms in Blakeney. We can't overstate how hospitable and friendly the staff were. From start to finish they made us feel so welcome, the bedroom was clean and comfortable and we had two meals during our stay which were delicious.
Highly recommend a stay at The Kings Arms, it's in a great location for exploring the area and has a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Spent 4 nights here on a birding trip to the north Norfolk coast. Warm welcome. Stayed in a room called Bill’s Flat above the bar. No noise but may be due to pub closing at 9:30 pm. Quirky room with uneven floor and walls but that’s what you would hope for in a pub built in the 1700s! Comfortable bed in spacious room with en suite shower room.
I was on a B&B rate with traditional full English if desired but they were happy to make variations on this theme. Ate here each night. Very happy with food and local real ales. Menu mixture of typical pub grub and a small selection of specials.
The web site gives a true representation of what you can expect when you eat, drink or stay here. Thanks to Nic and Leanne for making my visit a pleasant one.
Would highly recommend the Kings Arms

What can be better on a hot day, than to be walking along the seafront and to stop off for a pint? It used to be so simple; now we have COVID and social distancing rules, NHS apps and anxiety to deal with. Worry Not. The King's arms had very friendly efficient staff, and ample seating inside and out, despite being very busy, and are located just off the quay. This was a brilliant find, convivial company and an enjoyable pint.

Was early evening and we wanted to find a friendly pub for dinner. Queued up outside the pub, given menus and shown to table. Then we just sat there and waited for service, wasnt told we had to order at the bar. Barstaff said we had to order food by going outside via the one way system and wait to get to the bar to order food as it was a one way system due to covid19. The menu was a lunch menu and not much on it. We asked if they were doing the government deal help out dine out? Apparently they were not participating. We decided to go, the menu was boring, customer service terrible and they seemed to be sending their customers in and out of the pub on a wild goose chase! and it was very confusing. Would not recommend. Also too my details for track and trace before we even looked at the menu.

We have enjoyed a good value Sunday roast in this tradition pub on many occasions despite the rudeness of one of the landlords. Today he was on top form. As we entered his first words were "don't bring that wet dog into my pub". I was surprised as the dog was clean and dry but he pointed to a few wet paw prints on the concrete floor. It had been raining all night so this was hardly surprising and I imagine every person (and the plenty of dogs already inside) had wet feet. We left, and we and the dog received a very warm and friendly welcome in the Manor Hotel where we enjoyed an excellent roast. We will not be going to the Kings Arms again. A shame, as the other landlord/barman is always friendly as are all the other staff we have encountered.

We went in for lunch today (17/3). We walked into the bar with our two small, quiet dogs. It was raining a bit outside, so there were already wet human footprints on the tiled floor. Before we even walked to the table, the barman asked us to leave because 'the dogs are going to drip on the floor'. (They weren't even that wet and had not been swimming). Charmless and not exactly dog-friendly for a supposedly dog-friendly pub. Will not go back.

Have visited many times most recently under Covid restrictions.
Very organised staff ensuring social distancing but not overbearing.
Real ales were great. Coke from python not so good!
Family meals were all consumed and plates cleared what more can I say!

We’ve been to this pub quite a few times now and will no longer visit when passing. Rude landlord who greeted us with ‘don’t bring those wet dogs in here’ they weren’t wet. unbelievable manner for someone who has choose a career in a customer facing role. I can see from other reviews there’s a pattern forming here, it’s a terrible attitude and was extremely embarrassing when bellowed in front of a pub full of people- who may I note had wet dogs and wet coats on. Plenty of other places to visit along this beautiful part of the world so don’t waste your money here- we headed straight to the three horseshoes at warham who welcomed our ‘wet’ dogs and the food was better!! I won’t be recommending this to anyone over again, quite the opppsite. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, go up the road to stiffkey or warham

Flies flying around and not a great choice of beers. Rude bar staff when trying to pay with a card for under £5! It’s 2022!! I understand the fees applied but it’s not the customers fault. Needs a good clean. Shame. This could be really lovely. The white horse was much nicer.

Had a wonderful weekend stay at the Kings Arms with family and friends, we could not fault our stay, the staff were amazing, nothing was to much trouble, thank you for the plate of fried bread, a family joke and you rose to the challenge and made us laugh. If only every establishment offered their standard of customer service. Well done to the Kings Arms, take a bow. Thank you again.
