Stayed at the red cat for one night and found it to be excellent. Rooms were nice, Peter and Sam were very accommodating. Very good value for money, would recommend this hotel to anyone. In a nice quiet location.

Its not a chain but a family run hotel, friendly country hotel, good clean honest fair, probably the best Adams beer around. Set just out of town of Kings Lynn in North Wootton spot on to get a bit of country quite.

Built at the end of the 1800s the Red Cat Hotel is a typical Norfolk Inn. The railway from Kings Lynn to the seaside resort of Hunstanton was on route a couple of miles from Kings Lynn. Unfortunately the line closed in 1969. The Red Cat is a family run private hotel and not a chain, so you can be... More

We stopped off here for an evening meal. The hotel / bar looked pleasant enough, but the barman was too busy talking with the only two other people there to acknowledge our arrival. I excused myself and interrupted their conversation to ask for a pint of beer served in a particular way, to which he was non responsive. He then... More

I cannot recommend the Red Cat highly enough! The food is excellent, the hospitality welcoming and the accommodation is lovely. Our room (2) was spacious with an enormous bed and an equally large en suite. The room was well appointed with tv, and hospitality tray, plenty of fresh towels and a nice view over the garden. The decor is very... More

We stayed one week ago for a long weekend. Beautiful part of Norfolk and within easy driving distance of the north Norfolk coast. The Red Cat is in a really nice and peaceful location, right next to open fields and countryside, very tranquil. The pub has been redecorated and upgraded compared to a few years ago and is very clean... More

The Premier Inn was booked up so I looked around for a cheap hotel for a couple of days whilst working at QEH in Kings Lynn. At £40 a night for bed and breakfast I was not expecting much, all rooms are ensuite to my surprise and are clean and comfortable, don't expect the Ritz but I would say if... More
