Stayed in the school holidays and was disappointed to find no other kids on site, despite there being a great climbing frame and play area. We did actually go to the other two sites, 1 was far to big for us and we would not have felt safe letting the kids play, the other lacked a play area. Knowing this we stayed put and really enjoyed the site, shower blocks were clean and the site was well maintained. We would go back if we were in Wells again.

Just outside wells next the sea, beside the walshigham wells train stn. 10 walk into wells. Bus stop just outside to go towards cromer. Change in wells to go west. Easy access to costal path. Loo block. Individual showers with enougj space and hot water. Couple of sinks for washing up. Larger field with play equipment, swings/climbing frame etc in centre so could supervise form pitches around the side. Another area away from this. Sold drinks in reception and charged phones/ipads at ยฃ1 a go donated to local charity but no wifi and limited stuff to buy so not a comercial feel. Pay for site and thats that. Need to get shopping elsewhere. Coop in village. Chip shops in village (with long queues due to covid rules)

Blue Skies Campsite is a great place, just like campsites of old but with good clean toilets and shower facilities. No stones in the ground to ruin your sleep and the owners are really friendly. The owners welcome everyone from backpackers through to caravans and camper vans with plenty of space to pitch up. If you want a hook-up to electricity you will need to find somewhere else. The site is right next to the main road but there is hardly any traffic at night to cause any bother. When there is an onshore breeze you can hear the sea breaking on the shore. Wild geese arguing with each other every now and then and owls hooting in the distance. The Wells-next-the-Sea to Walsingham train starts next door to the campsite running every hour from 10am. The public bus stop is right outside the front entrance but its only a few minutes walk into the centre of Wells.

Booked super last minute, very accommodating and reassuring amidst pandemic concerns (sanitiser everywhere). The site is beautiful, plenty of facilities and very clean showers and toilets. Nice little play area for kids, very friendly and helpful chap in the office, great location, secluded but close enough to harbour to walk. 100% recommend! Thank you :)

The campsite owner was a great host. Resolved issues as they arose ๐Ÿ•๐ŸŒณ๐ŸŒฒ The campsite had an excellent playground for young children. The facilities are standard but clean. ๐Ÿšฝ๐Ÿšฐ๐Ÿšฟ The site also sells some basics e.g. pop/BBQโ€™s/Logs/phone charging. Which was helpful. The only issue we had was noise in the AM, as we were located on the roadside ๐Ÿš— of the campsite (very few pitches are so close to the road) Overall this is a good family campsite and reasonably priced. Cash only.
