Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fantastic friendly service by Elri in the restaurant, and the young chap on the arrivals desk to book us in , was also very polite and helpful . The room was immaculate, and the restaurant food and breakfast was brilliant. Well done Wadebridge!

Great stay, super value as always with a Premier Inn. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast also good, great choice. We also enjoyed two dinners here which were very good, great portion sizes and good service. Thanks for a great stay, we had a lovely time x

Checked in at 5pm, no one was in reception so used the automatic check in, but unfortunately it failed as the machine was out of key cards, someone did come along and check us in manually, I then asked if we needed to book a table in the restaurant for dinner , only to be told that it was closed as the Chef was sick, we were very disappointed as it meant we had to go out in the pouring rain in the dark in a town we don’t know to find something for dinner. The room was clean and comfortable, however a little on the warm side and not able to open the windows. Staff were preoccupied most of the time and seemed stressed, certainly not a flagship Premier Inn

The staff levels were low and the staff working were stressed. The chef didn't turn up for breakfast so it was a very poor basic breakfast offered. They did say about a refund but am yet to receive. Lucky we didn't book for dinner as they didn't expect the chef back. The WiFi was poor and kept cutting out and the bed was uncomfy. Having stayed in premier inn before and loved the beds this one was not the usual standard.

Called in on the off chance of breakfast as I was passing. It was right at the end of the breakfast times. Bernadette and the lady Chef (sorry i didnt get your name) made me very welcome. There was a large selection of drinks, cereals and fruit etc. I opted for a Full English, which was beautifully presented and plenty of it! Nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure in this day and age to be treated so well. Highly Recommended and I will be back.

Currently waiting for a refund from this hotel. We stayed in December and on one of the days the kitchen wasn't able to serve breakfast (this was one of the many failures of the restaurant). The lady on duty on 30th December couldn't work out how to do refunds and promised it would be done once she had spoken to a colleague but this was after we had checked out. This was never done so I am stull due a refund for breakfast x 2 for 2 days. It's been one month since I contacted customer relations where they said they reply to ALL messages within 20 days. It's all good until you have a problem.

I have stayed at the PI Wadebridge several times. It is one of the smaller hotels and very friendly. Staff are locals and extremely helpful. I see the same faces each time I stay and I like that. Otherwise it is exactly as I would expect - clean, functional, efficient. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good. Great value for money

We had the best time at this premier in Wadebridge, our room was clean and the staff were really helpful. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and again couldn’t fault it, we would definitely come back and stay again. We found everyone to be really helpful and friendly and we 100% can’t wait to return. It’s in a great location for beaches, restaurants and attractions ideal as a base.
