What a lovely place to stay. The room we had was as represented - everything was very clean, functional and very well presented, giving an overall feeling of peace and comfort. The location is simply perfect for accessing the town centre and restaurants. The onsite parking is a major plus given the problem that parking is in Padstow. The host is very friendly and engaging, willing to help with local knowledge, or just a chat.

We cannot speak highly enough of Treverbyn House with its wonderful host Gary. A beautifully restored house and elegant rooms overlooking the river. Great location in Padstow with views. It’s the little touches as well like a sherry nightcap provided in the room that shows the real attention to detail.
We stayed three nights and enjoyed every minute.
Note: Breakfast no longer provided but the price reflected this and there are plenty of places nearby to eat.

Myself and a friend stayed here for 4 nights in the Lilac Room - it is safe to say that we will be back and will be sharing this lovely b&b with friends and family as a recommendation.

The views from the b&b are incredible from the amazingly kept gardens to the sea and Rock Harbour in the distance. The lovely terrace at the front of the house allows you to take in these views in comfort which is something we enjoyed every night. What is more, Gary was welcoming and warm - always up for a chat and eager to help out by giving recommendations in the area and even offering to carrying our heavy case down the stairs!

There is parking at the rear of the b&b and the room came fully equipped with towels, toiletries, hair dryer, safe, coat hangers, kettle, tea, coffee and cutlery. The room was very clean and spacious with lots of storage but felt very homely.

The b&b is about a 3 minute walk to Padstow Harbour if you cut through past the Harbour Hotel (as recommended by Gary) which is home to numerous restaurants, cafes and shops.

Overall, comfortable b&b, amazing views, excellent host and prime location - 10/10!!!

Me and my partner stayed here for a short two night stay in Padstow and loved it. The Yellow Room has the most amazing views out to the estuary and was less than a 5 min walk to the town centre and harbour. It would be difficult to find a better location!

The weather wasn’t perfect but it made it all the better having a beautiful spacious room to relax in after a long walk. The large shower and roll top bath were a true highlight.

Only downside was the inability to have breakfast due to COVID restrictions but Gary was a brilliant host otherwise and made us feel very comfortable at the house.

Would be very happy to stay here again for a longer holiday next time

This was a return visit to Treverbyn House, which is one of our favourite places to stay. The position of the house is so convenient for the town and ideally placed to access bicycle hire, ferry service or buses. We regularly take a bus along the coast and walk back - a perfect arrangement for us.
The rooms at Treverbyn are well appointed, clean and spacious with great views. Gary is the perfect host. We shall, of course, be back!

Room Tip: We recommend either the green room or the turret room, both of which have great estuary views.

Brilliant host , catered for our every need , very friendly.
Rooms are clean, spacious and have many periods and original fittings.
Amazing views across the Camel Estuary to Rock (Turret Room) and our own balcony / Terrace .
Couple of minutes walk to the harbour and restaurants , right opposite the Harbour Hotel which has similar views but is considerably more expensive.
Would definitely go back for another stay

Spent last week here. A great B & B overlooking the Camel estuary in Padstow. We chose The Turret room, large room & bathroom with magnificent views.
Gary the owner was lovely, nothing is too much trouble, especially in these strange ‘COVID times’ & he kept us supplied with delicious home grown plums & raspberries as well as some jams to take home. Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions (we felt safe at Treverbyn)we weren’t able to try one of Gary’s breakfasts, but hopefully if we return to Padstow we’ll be sure to make another visit to Treverbyn House.

Treverbyn is ideally located near the centre with added bonus of free on-site parking. It is slightly outside the main central area so you dont get the crowds, but is only 5 minutes walk to the harbour. Great views from the front rooms over the estuary. Gary is an excellent host so overall you feel relaxed and rested. Really top class.

Rang the B&B directly for a last minute get away. Spoke to Gary the owner who was very helpful. We stayed in the green room which was wonderful, huge bathroom with bath and separate shower. You also have a “ pantry” area with fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Free off road parking at the rear of the property is a bonus.
Padstow harbour itself is only a very short walk away, ideally located for the Camel Trail with plenty of restaurants and pubs close by.
Would highly recommend Terverbyn House.

What a wonderful 4 night stay, our 2 nd attempt to stay here.
Gary is such a wonderful host , sadly because of Covid couldn’t enjoy his famous breakfast, another time.
Nothing was too much trouble , we were looked after so well. A particular plus fo me was as the weather so unseasonal the heating was available. We stayed in the Yellow room , every amenity , especially a super walk in shower , plenty of hot water , lovely views etc.
Highly recommend, & has benefit of on site parking & walking distance into Padstow .We were lucky to sit in the garden along with our convivial host enjoying a coffee & the sunshine .
You must stay there!
