A fantastic B&B located 5 minutes walk from the heart of Padstow harbour. Emma made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The Estuary Room has a stunning view and is extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend the Full English breakfast while seating in the bay window of the dining room! Very much looking forward to our next... More

We have just had a wonderful weekend in Padstow at this lovely B+B It is decorated with really good taste to go with the age of the building. After a lovely welcome we were given a Cornish cream tea.......really nice. In the fridge in the room their was a complimentary 1/2 bottle of wine . The bed was soooo....comfortable. The... More

This was the third time we have stayed at The Treann, and it was just as good as our previous stays. Emma makes us incredibly welcome ,assisted by Marie who brightens up any morning. The room we stay in is spotless and my husband is always happy to see the cakes that are provided after a day exploring Cornwall. The... More

Superb b/b in busy Padstow however the house is slightly out beware of the hill if walking into town we can only say felt fitter for it after three days. There is everything you need tasty cakes etc and nibbles, to go with the complimentary wine and did I mention a fantastic view from the Estuary room .Breakfast very tasty... More

Having recently stayed in lovely Treann House, I would just like to say that for a B&B, Emma & Paul go that extra mile! From the moment we arrived the parking was sorted either outside the house or in their sister hotel's carpark just down the road. We had complimentary afternoon tea in our room on arrival and each afternoon... More

We stayed at this lovely house for 3 nights. The house is gorgeous, the innkeepers very gracious and helpful. BUT, beware, there is a three year old in the house (and perhaps another young child) that woke us up every morning between 7 and 7:30 (talking loud, occasional screams, loud thumping noises). Then we had the pleasure of listening to... More

We stayed in the Estuary room which has the balcony overlooking the the estuary! What a view which match Emma and the teams great B & B. Easily one of the best B & B's I have stayed in, the breakfast was excellent, cakes etc appearing in the room in the afternoon was a lovely touch. Nothing was too much... More

Attracted by the excellent reviews we booked at Treann House some months ahead of a planned 3 night trip to Cornwall. On arrival in Padstow we wondered about the large crowds only to learn we had arrived the day before the annual ‘Obby Oss Festival held for centuries on May Day. This turned out to be a wonderful surprise. Treann... More

My husband and I stayed at Treann House because the sister B&B Treverbyn, Emma's father, was booked so he recommended Treann. Excellent position just a few minutes walk into Padstow. We managed to park outside on the road for all the time we were there - bank holiday Monday in August! If there is not a space you can park... More

Stayed here whilst touring Cornwall. Greeted by Emma who helped us to get a park at her fathers b&b just along the road, parking is very tricky here! Had a beautiful room, with balcony and lovely views over the estuary. On our first afternoon, we were greeted back to the room with a lovely cream tea, all made by Emma,... More
