The rooms advertised are nothing like the real thing, dirty , neglected , unhygienic, such a shame as great location and really good breakfast- would not go back. Padstow is defiately worth visiting and the hotel worthy of a visit for a drink on the sun terrace but not to stay.

Having previously visited the London Inn during our several breaks in Padstow, we were rather concerned at the poor service on this visit. It wasn't helped by the fact that the bar was pretty full of locals watching the rugby with one ignoramus sitting on one stool with his feet on another taking up half the bar space! There was...

We were staying nearby at Constantine Bay and were visiting Padstow for the. As you may know Padstow is the home of TV Chef Rick Stein and he has a Restaurant, a cafe, a bakery and a fish shop but we wanted to ensure one of the other local businesses benefited from some custom so we chose the London Inn....

I would definitely urge people not to stay at this place. We went by the pictures on their site and I can assure you that they are NOTHING like that. The outside has no hanging baskets as per the picture and it looks dirty and neglected. In fact so does the whole place. Our room was described as a large...

Came here on a short trip to padstow had a few pints of the local Cornish ale. The guy behind the bar was very friendly and easy to talk to Welcoming atmosphere cannot fault it. The only down side was that they werent serving food that day but that dosent matter when the pint is that good

Had lunch today. Didn't have lot of items on menu, credit card machine didn't work then had to wait well over an hour for our food. The girls were lovely but I think our whole experience was doomed today! Dyson Hand dryer in the ladies looked a bit scary...it looked like it had "matter" in it!!eek. Won't be going back...

After a long walk to Polzeath we stopped at this local pub for a well earned local stout. The bar staff recommended that we try a local stout. Lots of locals use the pub as well as visitors to the area. There is a large open fire; darts evenings; and the sheer enjoyment of a friendly local pub.

Stayed here over a weekend celebrating my partners 70th birthday. The accommodation is basic, but clean with everything you need in place. The breakfast is fantastic- good quality ingredients and lots of it (no need for lunch!). The staff are really friendly and helpful. The pub is great; didn't eat there on this trip, but have had great food there...

We stopped in for a beer. The service was prompt and polite, the locals were friendly and amused by my kid (8 years old). The prices are reasonable. The place is every good thing you could imagine in a pub in a fishing village.

My son, grandson and I stayed here when we came down for a very significant birthday celebration at The Seafood Restaurant and it was absolutely perfect for us. We arrived mid afternoon and were shown to our rooms straight away. The rooms were fine, though not quite as pristine as they look on the website! When we went to the...
