Touring park 5 miles from Dartmouth and stunning South Devon coast. Spacious pitches and tranquil surroundings, beautifully equipped family bathrooms, laundries & showers, all set in countryside of outstanding natural beauty. Ideal for a relaxed adult break during term time – enquire for ‘Adults midweek special.’ Families have the option of free entry into 90 acre theme park; you don’t need to take the kids on expensive day trips - it’s all here, rides, slides, action & animals.

We've just stayed for 2 nights, and we couldn't have hoped for a better weekend. The weather was incredible for October and we got entry into Woodlands Adventure Park for all 3 days included in the price of camping. Our pitch was nice and close to the impeccably clean shower

I couldn't believe that with siting my caravan on such a beautiful site, that we would get free, unlimited access to the park itself. OMG. It was amazing! Wake up when you want in your own space. Then head on down to the park for a full day of activities, whether it be wet or

We went in 2016 and this year. The park is quite good and they have now updated it with one extra ride. The ques are fairly short so wait times are good. While we are talking about rides they do seem to struggle to keep the big pirate ship working. For 5 days of the 7 ish we

Camped again at Woodlands with wife + 3 kids. Definitely get the level pitch for your tent - its worth the extra money for comfort and proximity to the amenities. Maybe it also keeps you away from the folk described by queerbear! The amenities are good and kept very clean.

Not a blue house as in a bar. There is an area with games and cafe etc. There is a pub about 5 minute drive away called the Sportsman’s. Lovely food. Book before going though. Gets quite busy

If you are camping there can you go into the park after 6pm?
Yes you can. You’re allowed in until dark. You walk straight into the park through the campsite & don’t need a wristband or ticket or anything, there are a few play areas to use after closing time.

They try to enforce it but with very little success as during the evening there are only 2 wardens on duty for a very large park. Basically in peak season its out of control

"Unless you like it noisy avoid the camping areas for tents"
"Get a pitch close to falcons views. we were close to the washing facility and not to far from the park entrance"
"We stayed right up the top field which was pretty quiet, but still within walking distance to the park."
"Ask for a pitch close to shower blocks in lower field for easier access to everything."
"Go for hardstanding, request near shower block, maybe, to avoid being in the very far away top field."
