We booked here last minute as it tied in with a trip to paignton zoo and we had a spare day so went for it. WOW didn't expect it to be this good!! Beautifully presented, full of charm and oozing with quality and class. Room 8 was amazing, the bath alone was worth the visit, breakfast is served continental style after you place your order via a quick txt and is then delivered to your door in a well presented hamper, the smell of fresh croissants cooking when you wake up is lovely.
I cannot recommend this place enough, located 2 mins walk from the main town, shops, restaurants etc and a lovely 5 min walk through the gardens to the beach 10/10.
Also the owners are lovely and welcoming, polite and smiles all the time, just perfect xx

The Hotel was spotless throughout
At the bottom of a steep hill ( at the top was the long stay car park- Holmbush) that was a great set up paid for parking via the app and could extend your stay so for our three nights stay at Lyme1 parking cost us just £25 which was excellent we thought.
Back to the hotel: the bed was so amazingly comfortable and bedding beautifully soft Egyptian cotton!
Bathroom small but adequate and had lovely towels and toiletries.
The breakfast, wow what a great idea! No dining room so a gorgeous hamper delivered to your door at 830 each morning, muesli, cereals , juices, melon and strawberries and yoghurt plus fresh baked croissants and pain au chocolate!
A nice terrace through the kitchen which had lovely garden furniture and the pots and flowers were gorgeous.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Don’t be put off by the lack of reviews - it is a new hotel. It was very private with contactless check-in, the room was spotless and the attention to detail was wonderful. We particularly loved the breakfast hamper, fresh milk and coffee machine. The rooms are very quirky and have definite character.
This is located really centrally with great access to the shops, cafes and the seafront.
Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We booked one of the smaller rooms, but were so impressed. Room 2. The room was spacious, large showerroom off the entrance corridor. Breakfast is a continental selection which you order the evening before, delivered to your room in the morning in a very nice hamper, excellently presented. Water, hot drinks, fruit, bread and spreads all available throughout the day.
The only real downside to our room was the blinds. No better than a piece of paper the room was very bright even in the middle of the night. If this is an issue for people avoid this room. Also as Room 2 is at the back of the kitchen area, if you're a light sleeper you may hear the breakfast hampers being put together. The upstairs rooms probably don't have any of these issues.
No parking, but a Council car-park is a few minutes up the road and you can stop in front of the hotel to unload/pack up.
Great location for Lyme Regis, beaches and restaurants.

We stayed here a couple of nights. Room was well equipped, small in size and very warm as no window. Had French doors but couldn't leave these open as othe guests use the patio area to access the terrace and no guaranteed privacy. Bed comfortable but disturbed nightdue to the heat. The ensuite was a good size. Overall cleanliness could be better and needs some freshening up to get rid of stains, marks, mould.
The breakfast hamper is a lovely idea but not everyone wants warm croissants etc at 08:30 and we felt cramped 8n the room ... with it at breakfast time, not enough table space. Kitchen is well equipped but if you want to make toast to go with your breakfast you may find you're having to wait as other guests may have beat you to it...more than once!
There's no onside parking and at peak periods you may not be able to find a space, a big negative for us. Lyme regis itself is a lovely location and plenty to do and see, although if you want to eat out be sure to book well in advance of your stay.

Booked this B&B for 3 nights for my husbands birthday weekend. They email a code for the door & you collect your key & let yourself in the room
I was slightly worried about the lack of social media presence however reading the first review put my mind at ease.
We stayed in room 7 Ammonite on the top floor, which was such a beautiful room. It had a double aspect window overlooking the town & fab views across to Charmouth beach. It had a small shower room which was lovely for us.
The breakfast hamper each morning were so lovely and a great touch. They also have a communal kitchen where you can refill water, make toast, or get extra glasses.
I would highly recommend staying here, it’s a great location in town and a short walk to the beach/harbour/town. If you come out the door and turn left there is the gardens you can walk through down to the beach which is like a short cut instead of walking through the town.
I’ve been coming to this area since I was little so I knew I needed to pre book a parking space & make dinner reservations in advance.
Staff working there are so lovely and friendly too.

Lovely small hotel in perfect location for exploring Lyme Regis, with everything in walking distance. We stayed in room 4, which had a King size bed & was furnished to an excellent standard with everything we needed. A delicious continental breakfast was delivered in a hamper to the room at 8.30 each morning. Friendly & helpful owners. We would definitely recommend!

This place is a bit unusual - neither B&B nor hotel in the traditional sense, but the set up here really works. Kudos to the proprietors for getting the balance between ‘self-serve’ (arrive at a time that suits you, with clear access instructions in advance) and wonderful service (breakfast delivered to your door each morning including warm from the oven croissants).
A lot of thought has gone into this place. Each room has its own character and has been tastefully decorated. We stayed in the Langmoor suite and all the things that matter to me were covered (coffee machine and fresh milk, quality hairdryer, powerful shower, robes and slippers). I don’t think I’ve actually ever stayed anywhere that ticked all of those!
Location is absolutely perfect, just at the top of the hight street so all the lovely shops and cafes are right on your doorstep, Tesco/Co-Op over the road for bits and bobs, and the top entrance to the lovely Langmoor gardens is next to the hotel.
Will definitely be staying again!

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed at!
Totally worth the price. The rooms are cozy, well decorated, and clean. Bathroom was fresh and nicely antique looking.
The breakfast basket was great, and it showed up like magic - honestly felt like there was a house elf in the hotel. Very grateful for the possibility to get the breakfast earlier the last day, since we left around 7.30 AM.
Room had a mini fridge with milk in it, water bottles, capsule coffee machine, and more.
We never met any hotel staff, but that didn't affect the experience. We got very clear instructions on check in/out and breakfast orders through email.
Thank you for a great stay!
