Passing through lyme regis came across this tea room, excellent food and coffee, will visit again when next in this area. Tea room is clean and bright although a little small it is by no means cramped. Parking is also easy and free.

We booked last minute, and I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but, I have to say it was lovely ! Firstly the Tea Room is a separate business and is run by Rod and his partner. The B&B is run by mum (Pat) and dad. We wanted to take our dog so we are prepared...

Spotted this little tea room, stopped for coffee and a teacake, all home cooked. You have to wait a little while as everything is cooked to order, very friendly and very clean. View from the garden was excellent.

Our last minute booking turned out to be our best decision of our holiday. The staff were really thoughtful and friendly, thinking of the simplest things to make our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding and cooked to perfection! Perfect location for the surrounding area, good size car park, the list is endless. We will certainly book here...

This was a last minute booking & we were not disapointed at all, we arrived with our puppy Mabel & received a very warm welcome, the room was comfortable & the breakfast very good with plenty of choices for all. the whole feel is very homely because you are in fact in someones home (hope this doesn't put you off)....

We were very disappointed with this B&B. We arrived a little earlier than planned and met with a 'The Tea Room is closed today'. After explaining we were here to check in the gentleman responded he had forgotten that was happening today! We were shown into the most chaotic 'living room?' I have ever seen - it was full of...

Can't find a separate listing for The Black Dog Tea Room so will leave my review here. We had a fantastic lunch in the Tea Room. We were welcomed with our little dog and everything from the view outside to the food was excellent. The staff are very friendly and we will be back again on our next trip to...

Amazing coffee, friendly service. Relaxed atmosphere. The pate is amazing with a bowl of fruit and veg and a savory scone.... along with heaps of granary toast. Great value for money. There are lovely views from here and it is very convenient if you are doing the abundance of walks in the area.

We stopped here after a long drive to Lyme Regis, and enjoyed a speciality tea and the most delicious home baked tea cake. The place is so spotlessly clean and has a lovely homely feel to it. I'd love to come back, and I think they do B&B too.
