My friend and I stayed at the Sherborne Arms for one night. The room was absolutely beautiful. The view was horrible- of a very grotty yard but the actual decor of the room was very nice. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Came here for lunch with the grandchildren and my husband. The pub is very run down but the girl on the bar was friendly and the food fine. The ladies toilets leave a lot to be desired with a very soggy carpet which I hope was due to a water leak and nothing else! I think the owners need to...

I can't believe the photo displayed is of these premises as the rest of this pub is not to that standard. I visited this place with my wife and farther in law last evening. Whilst I believe that they may produce some tasty food, we certainly didn't stay long enough to try it, along with another couple that decided to...

I stayed one night for B & B, having ben before. The room I stayed in called 'Northleach' was on the ground floor. Quiet and reasonably comfortable. The view from the window was of a yard of rubbish! Bed comfortable, chairs a little 'worn out'. Lock on bedroom door was difficult to open. But I did escape in the end!...

We stopped here for lunch as the Black Cat cafe along the road was shut .We has nice soup and lovely warm bread. There seemed to be only one person working there...doing everything...rushed off his feet. The flush in the Ladies did not work...he said he would fix it.....

The Sherbourne Arms could be a fabulous drinking and eating establishment BUT would require huge investment and significant upgrade, which in my opinion is well over due Well over £5 for a pint and small diet coke also left a bitter taste in my mouth, that was after I looked at the cloudy beer they were serving so opted for...

Some reviewers have been rather negative about this village pub but we found it rather charming. I particularly like the fact that it has not gone 'gastro-pub' or attempts to directly compete with the nearby Wheatsheaf Inn. It has retained the feel of a proper village pub - friendly, unpretentious and good value. The Sherbourne offers a wide range of...

Dropped into the Sherborne Arms in Northleach for lunch. This is a Enterprise Inns owned pub and all one can say about it is it is very, very tired. It was very quiet for a Sunday lunch time and over a period of a couple of hours there were only eight people eating. Clearly the Sherbourne Arms has seen much...

This may well be a locals pub but it doesn't seem to care much about the locals who frequent it. My elderly mother and her friend have been regular visitors for lunch but not any more. For quite some time now they have felt uncomfortable in the pub, commenting that it is cold and dark and in need of attention....

A group of us visited for a pre-booked Sunday lunch. The initial visit to the ladies toilet was awful - soggy smelly carpet and very unpleasant. Drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive and the waitress had no idea what was what when she bought them to the table. Carvery was self service - beef was well cooked only and...
