Yes, there is easy access. It is about 18 miles away but quite straight forward although the traffic can be quite heavy ecause of racing. Between 7and 9 am it is also very busy due to work traffic and the same from 4 to 6.30

After a quick Google search, I'm guessing that you're referring to the Matara Centre, near Tetbury? In which case, the Egypt Mill is 4.5 - 5 miles away by road. As others have suggested, give the hotel a call for rates.

I would say no to this location. It is in a steep valley betwee Minchinhampton common and Uley Peak, the highest point in the Cotswolds.
