Myself and my husband to be are getting married here in September, and like any other crazy bride I am wanting everything to be just perfect. So with that comes checking trip advisor and seeing what people think when they have gone to stay at Brook Meadow. A common thing in most reviews is the fact that the building is...

What a find. We stayed in a lovely 6 bed chalet- it was so reasonable and obviously newly renovated. It had all mod cons, was clean and with a delightful outlook. From the deck we could sit in the sun and watch the children fish for tadpoles in the beautiful lake. The owners couldn't do enough to help - even...

We stayed her for the third time, as part of a large family group. Most of the family camped, but this year we chose to stay in Kingfisher Lodge rather than in our motorhome as in previous years. The Lodge, although expensive was very well appointed, in a lovely position overlooking the lake and was beautifully decorated and furnished. On...

Just got back from here today after staying in the luxury chalet and I have to say that it was wonderful apart from the wet weather! But hey it is December!. The chalets (3of them) are situated on the side of a carp fishing lake with caravan and camping plots dotted around them. There is a lovely clean and well...

We stayed in the glamping pod which had an amazing view across the lake. It was clean, warm and comfortable. Facilities at the site were very good and staff were lovely. Only downside was the muddy trek from the car to the pod but staff have said they will address this by putting in a path or slabs.

This was our first visit to Brook Meadow. We hired chalet 3 even though it was just the two of us (can sleep up to 6). Excellent customer service from Vanessa from booking, phone calls to enquire about facilities prior to our stay and on our arrival. The chalet had amazing views of the five acre fishing lake which we...
