A good place for overnight business trip. Modern comfortable room with very large bed. Despite what others experienced, the wifi was great for my three devices! I booked late and got a room at the front facing the road (some road noise early morning), will ask for room at back overlooking golf course next time. The restaurant is a couple... More

Golf isn't always the main event here. The functions held here provide a safe overnight stay for you. We prefer this Hotel to the main chains in the area. They maybe near to the Town, but they aren't always quiet. This fits the bill, with the food available at the golf club, it makes sense to stay. We just need... More

Great welcome at reception, very informative and gave you all the information you needed. I had booked a room with a balcony, which had a nice view of the golf course. The food was ok and good value for money. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and not great pillows either. The walls are very thin and next doors tv woke... More

First review was removed for some reason so here we go again. Quite simple really, basic hotel think, Travelodge Circa 1980. Family room was a double bed with fold out sofa which was perfectly fine and acceptable. What ruined it? The placing of the Modern day Sharon & Tracy in the room next door, No manners, loud TV, Shouting, Swearing,... More

Hotel is fine for the price but with notable exceptions. Despite several attempts to connect to the free wifi it was not possible and apparently this 'often happens' at the hotel. Very little mobile reception too so forget 3G/4G. Train crossing also nearby which is fine unless you're trying to leave the hotel - exceptionally busy with traffic trying to... More

We stayed for one night we were on the ground floor the only downsides were you don't get a hair dryer in the room we had to ask at reception if we could borrow one luckily we could, the room was cold. On the whole though it was a lovely hotel the rooms were big and clean and staff were... More

Friendly reception. Room small but well presented & clean. 4th floor it was very warm in the room. Window had to stay open all night. A bit of noise from revellers & early morning bin men! Breakfast was excellent. Full English available. Cooked & served well.

First, the positives. I arrived far too early to check in, however, a phone call to the contact number on display on the unmanned reception desk, and I was allowed to leave my car till later. On checking in, around 16:00, I was greeted by a super friendly, helpful receptionist. She was still there and smiling when I returned later... More

I stay at the Boston regularly for work. Staff are helpful and happy to chat to you when it's quiet, especially if you are on your own. The food is lovely and I would definitely recommend eating there as a non resident too.
