Travelled to Boston for a family funeral and needed a place to stay. Park Lea was centrally situated and we weren’t disappointed when we arrived! Our hosts were very friendly , warm and welcoming, the rooms extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Plus breakfast was superb! We don’t envisage travelling that way again soon but rest assured we will book into Park Lea if we do!

Spotless clean rooms and bathrooms.Spacious rooms. Friendly hosts. All facilities perfect. Why would u want a 5 star hotel? This is much better than that. Lovely house. The best B&B I have ever been to. I came here last year and I made It this year too. The hosts do take so much effort to to keep everything clean that it sparkles.

My friends and myself all booked rooms at ParkLea for an overnight stay whilst attending a local event. Lovely guest house, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable . Run by a very friendly and helpful couple. Made to feel most welcome and a good breakfast too. Wouldn’t hesitate on recommending and returning .

I try to stay in independent businesses instead of chains and this place ticked all the box’s, it’s in a excellent location 200m from the centre but far enough out to avoid the noise, WiFi and parking, the owners were great and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The place is very clean and a excellent price. I’m here on business a lot and it will always be my first choice

After cycling 75 miles and enduring the wind and rain of Lincolnshire, it was a joy to get here! A very warm welcome, a lovely cup of tea, and a hot shower to sooth the bits that needed soothing! We had a clean, fresh and comfortable AND quiet room upstairs, and slept wonderfully. Good recommendations for an evening meal too- there is a fine choice within easy walking distance - and a hearty breakfast saw us safely on the road again. Our bikes were safe and secure, locked in the shed overnight. Very happy to recommend this B&B - one couple at breakfast have been coming every year for 18 years I believe.
