Myself and six friends took over all the four rooms for the weekend of 11th to 13th November. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was top class with especially tasty sausages. Plenty of parking and an easy walk into town for lots of pubs and eating places. Rooms were comfortable and the B&B rate very reasonable.

5 of us plus push bikes stayed for 1 night. Probably the most friendly welcome we have had anywhere. Comfortable rooms in a quiet area only a ten minute walk to the town centre. Safe and secure storage for our bikes overnight. Everything we could have wanted. Fantastic!

We spent a very pleasant night in Park Lea after turning up bedraggled and disheartened after a rainy day's bike riding. The proprietors were really helpful in getting us back on track and the lock up shed they provide is a real boon for bike tourists. Oh, and the cooked breakfast was top notch.

We wanted an overnight B&B to re-visit Boston and enjoy my wife's memories of her time there many years ago. Park Lea turned out to be perfect, as her family had all lived on Robins Hood Walk which was the adjacent street, couldn't be better. The facilities are excellent and the breakfast was more than just a full English as...

Really liked my stay here. Owners are really friendly and it is immaculate outside and inside. Couldn't hear any traffic or other residents. Off street parking is a great help too. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit the Town on either a night out or for a break. The cooked breakfast was very good with a view of...

Just a night for a family wedding, but it was an extremely comfortable, clean and friendly stay. Richard and Elaine were chatty, Colin enjoyed talking ships and ports with Richard and myself reminiscing on the woes and joys of running a guest house with Elaine, having retired in 2014. The cooked breakfast looked tasty but after cooking them for 20...

I looked for a place to stay on Trip Advisor and this was one of the first I found, with excellent reviews. The tariff was also in the area I wanted to pay. It was easy to find (with sat nav; but head for Robin Hood's Walk rather than Norfolk Street). I did worry about the pelican crossing outside my...
