Just returned from staying at Brackenborough Hall Coach House Holiday. Firstly I will say that the hosts are so welcoming and friendly. Paul kindly showed a few of us around the grounds on Saturday morning. Such a beautiful and tranquil setting. We loved it. The accommodation is high class and also unique. It has everything you need to host a friend and family gathering. Thank you, Paul and Flora x

We stayed in The Granary (4 adults, 3 children 9, 7, 3). It was a perfect size, so much to do just on the farm itself, but also lots to do in the surrounding area. Wonderfully hosted, you don’t need to take anything at all with you, it is so well set up. Some of the decor/furniture could be called ‘dated’ by some people’s standards, but it’s spotlessly clean and it all adds to the ‘feel’ of staying at a ‘farmhouse’ - it certainly didn’t bother us! Thank you for a wonderful stay, our first visit to Lincolnshire and we hope to return.

We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at Brackenborough. We aim to provide our guests with a very comfortable and enjoyable time. The building is a converted 18th century coach house and we have tried to keep the appearance traditional, with all original features retained, such as the clock and the grain winch. We hope you will return soon and explore more of the farm and beautiful Lincolnshire countryside.

All three of us needed a rest. The journey was 1 and half hours but we detoured and had lunch at St Leonard’s observation Point and a walk on the beach
We arrived at our lodgings a converted saddlery and settled in. Walks in all directions for our dog and no restrictions .
The standard of accommodation was very high , quirky, but with everything you need . The instant hot water and heating meant comfort guaranteed and also fresh produce from the farm was available
The hosts Paul and Flora were genuinely friendly and helpful we were also given an informative talk about the clock and the history of the land and hall. This was much appreciated and added to the whole experience .
I found the air quality very high as I have sensitive lungs and I noticed that my breathing had started to improve. With the gentle lowing of the cattle and the hoot of the resident owl this is a very special and wonderful place to stay

This is a unique experience. It is ecologically sustainable tourism, a stay at an 18th century country house, in a luxury apartment created from the Coach House building. Self catering, everything thought of, hosts Paul and Flora there to ensure that you have a top flight experience in a peaceful, pastoral setting. Glorious.

We had a fantastic break away. Paul, Flora and team have things just right - the accommodation is clean, comfortable and welcoming. It is clear a great deal of effort is put in to the grounds and site in general. Brilliant. Certainly more than 'just a holiday cottage'. We look forward to returning in the future. Dan, Fay and little Max

We stayed at Brackenborough Hall Farm and would love to return sometime. We were very well looked after by Paul and Flora and made to feel very welcome indeed. The cosy cottage was an ideal base to explore the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and the children loved the farm grounds, gardens and woodland - so many lovely spots for them to explore! They also loved the animals around the farm - especially Poppy the beautiful black Labrador. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Brackenborough Hall Coach House! There was loads of things there for children to do (no need to take toys or games for indoors or the garden!) and they had a great time climbing in tractors and looking at the animals as we had a tour of the farm. Paul and Flora couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful, making sure everything was as we needed it. Would recommend it to other families or groups with children.

Well what can we say other than, the place is amazing as always, clean, pet friendly, everything you need. We always stay in the Stables. Feels like our second home, You’ve got the outdoor freedom, lots of walks, combine harvester, the cows, bull, chickens, ducks, wildlife all around. Football, tennis, table tennis, vegetable garden, the woods, the Volley to see that’s just been rebuilt, the telly tubby tree. harvesting. Fabulous 5* apartments. See you again next year we miss you guys, Julie Ian and the boys from Grimsby xxxx
