James was very welcoming and very hospitable. It felt like home from home. Delicious breakfast and very comfortable stay. So enjoyed it will be coming again soon. Spacious picturesque garden with lovely views across the hamlet. Peaceful such a blessing to have stayed here.

No I'm afraid not. As far as we saw it had two shared bathrooms. The one nearest to us didn't have any hot water so I had to run down the hall with a towel wrapped around me. Lovely big bath towels though.
