Detailed Reviews
We stayed here for 4 nights in our tourer caravan. We were met at the entrance by a friendly owner whom led us to a beautiful quiet spot overlooking the loch which is exactly what I had requested upon booking as we are new to caravanning as is our German Shepherd and wanted a quiet secluded area for us all to get used to our new type of holidaying. I'm so pleased to have booked this site as the owner was very accommodating with my request what with being a nervous new tourer with dog in tow!
There are loads of forest dog walks round about just off site , and you can even exercise the dog on site at the lochside when the tide is out. Our dogs tail hadn't stopped waggling the whole time, she was in her element!
The site is spotless with the grounds being well cared for and I was pleased to see it is very covid resistant too. The showers are warm and facilities there to wash dishes etc. There are shops, cafes and petrol stations within easy reach along with Fort William etc a short drive away. The scenery is spectacular from the moment you get up in the morning enhanced by the tranquillity of the area, it was bliss to have a peaceful break from a busy work life and especially helpful as it was also relaxing for our dog too.
The staff are unbelievably helpful. We had one or two mishaps being new to caravanning and without their help and knowledge plus help from our kind neighbour next to us when the jockey wheel came off could have been quite a different experience for us first timers but the problems we had were fixed rapidly for us to continue enjoying our holiday! The families and kids round about were having a ball and the canoeing couples seemed to be having a blast also. It's a great place to visit, whatever your needs. I would highly recommend to the point I opened a trip advisor account as I wanted to leave a review to say thank you so much to the owners for helping make our first trip out in our caravan as pleasant experience. Looking forward to our next visit!

I don’t often leave a review but I really have to share how amazing our trip was here in the caravan!
Having travelled by boat and after a long drive with two chn we got the warmest and most relaxed reception even though it was after the check in time.
Our shore front pitch was faultless and views were out of this World! If we had never left the site it still would have been an amazing trip! The sites are by the Lough with views across the water and mountains all around.
A small slipway allowed the chn to paddle and the pitches were well spaced out! People were using it to enter the water with their paddle boards.
Facilities were faultless with plenty to go around. Exceptionally clean facilities too! Owners were on call when needed as they live beside the site and couldn’t have been more obliging.
I was delighted when visiting the local co-op that they had gluten free food!! & lot of other groceries at Super prices. Opening hrs were great too! There were other small places to eat too within walking distance/ nearby the site.
The mountains of Glencoe are amazing which made the trip here and when out and about breathtaking too!
Great location to go and visit the Glenfinnan Viaduct/ Jacobite Steam train. Close to Fort William and not too much further to Skye with the very reasonably priced ferry crossing to cut out some of the drive. The ferry crew were very good too!
Thank you very much Iain & Lynne for a fabulous experience!! We give ur site a million stars (if that is possible!). We def hope to be back!

This campsite is located in a beautiful location being flanked by Glencoe and located on the shores of Loch Leven. The campsite itself is absolutely pristine and all pitches have a great view of the Loch and surrounding mountains. We stayed for 5 nights on a serviced pitch on the loch front. The only issue was that the ground here is made up of fine gravel hardcore which found its way into every corner of our caravan and awning. That said, I would definitely come back. Amazing trip.

Having stayed on this campsite for the last few days, We have to say how perfect it was. The family that own the site are so lovely and looked after us so well, thanks Iain, Lynn, Lorne and Team. The site is 5***** and with views to die for. As we are just coming out of lockdown, we were a little unsure about travelling and staying over anywhere, but we have to say that Invercoe Caravan Site felt so safe and comfortable. They go above and beyond to make all customers feels safe and make sure they all have the best time possible, especially as some restrictions are still in place. They make sure all covid track and trace systems are in place and it is so reassuring and comforting as a guest. The Highlands have done so well during this pandemic, and as guests we have to respect that. This site is simply the best and we intend to come back as regularly as we can (that is if we can get booked as so popular). Please keep up the good work keeping us all safe and at the same time allowing us to enjoy beautiful Glencoe and surrounding area.

This is the 2nd time this year I have stayed and I absolutely loved the site. The amenities are well kept and clean, in fact the whole site is immaculate. I had an effortless check in and from then on we had a fabulous stay.
It’s quiet and everyone keeps to the 11pm curfew, the views over the loch are amazing as well. This site is a great base to explore the surrounding area, with shops and pubs nearby as well means that you are well catered for.
Overall, if your here with your family or with friends then this site is for you, you are made to feel welcome as soon as you arrive. I will definitely be back

This was the most expensive site we stayed on in 3 weeks in Scotland and was the worst in our opinion.
We had paid extra for a super view/loch view pitch, however this section of pitches is an open space without designated pitches and they seems to just squeeze people into the front section. We didn't feel there was any privacy or better view at all. In fact the front row of pitches above had better views and weren't troubled by everyone walking through your pitch to gain access to the slipway to the loch. If you are staying here then book a standard pitch.
There is vey little in the way of site instructions and frequent seasonal users on the site. There were 8 people staying in a caravan a pitch down that partied till 1:30 in the morning. Not a peaceful night's sleep we were hoping for prior to a big walk the next day.
The facilities are ok, but just not kept clean. I had a shower on the first day in the evening and it was pretty bad, but thought ok it's the end of the day. However it never got any better so the cleaning was a poor standard. Every other site we stayed on was spotless and plenty of extra cleaning due to covid.

Just as well we all have different opinions, however, we feel you have been very harsh with your comments. Yes we did have one caravan pitch who were noisy but thanks to someone else telling us, it was dealt with. What a pity you didn't think to let us know . If you felt our facilities were dirty in any way you should have informed us. If there was genuinely anything wrong, which we doubt, you could have come and told us rather than rushing to tripadvisor! Anyway we know that that was not the case as they are cleaned every day to a high standard. Our pitches down the foreshore have water and electricity to each pitch which is not available anywhere else on the park and they are well set out, hence the extra charge. There is a road passing your pitch but that's the same everywhere on the park, it's called access! We hope that readers of our reviews will take into the account the countless 5 star reviews and make up their own opinions. We obviously wish you well on your future travels elsewhere.

As with so many of us, our holiday arrangements have been dictated by the current pandemic.
Having bought a caravan earlier in the year, we were finally able to use it for the first time in October. With the various restrictions in place across the UK, and with it being the first time we would be using the caravan we were looking for somewhere that would be within a reasonable distance, and be suitable for a first timer.
After spending time online looking at various options, we settled on this particular campsite, and we were NOT disappointed.
This campsite is situated within easy reach of the A82 which is the main road up towards Fort William. The campsite itself is situated on the banks of Loch Leven which gives it some beautiful views. And its location makes exploring the surrounding area very easy. There are shops within easy reach, and Fort William is within range too.
We found the facilities on the site to be very clean, and of a high standard. The site itself is very well organisedand tidy and the owners and staff to be very freindly and helpful.
As i said, this was our first outing with our newly acquired caravan, and i have no doubt that coming here was the right choice.
We pitched up down the front beside the water, and had fully serviced pitch on hard standing.
Even for someone who had never done this sort of thing before, i found the layout of the site made it stress free. If you are thinking of heading to the Highlands, i highly recommend this campsite. I fully intend to return when possible.

Stayed here before, came back and would definitely return.
The site is so peaceful with the most beautiful scenery all round.
The campsite is spotlessly clean throughout the entire day and night and the owner is seen regularly cycling around within the site to answer any queries.
Credit where credit is due this is a campsite where a lot of hard work goes in to maintaining and it shows.....
Stayed in the mini lodge's which are ideal for a night or two. Compact and cozy and ideal for just relaxing away from the usual humdrum.

Arrived for a week in one of the three holiday cottages this campsite runs, these has amazing views, very clean, spacious and well equiped. Lots of lovely walks and places to go near by, everyone really friendly and we had a great time as a family of 3 with our little boy whos 6 and our dog. Would highly recommend and we were very sad to leave.

All had a fantastic time.
We were worried that our 5 year old would be bored as this was his first caravan holiday but we had no reason to. When we arrived we were met by the owner who took us to our pitch which had fantastic views over the loch. The owner was amiable and even helped us position our caravan. Being 1st time caravaners we were very grateful for the help. We found that everyone on the campsite was friendly and our boy soon made new friends who all spent most of the time fishing for crabs at the end of the pier. We had done our homework before booking this site and every 5* review is absolutely spot on. The toilet facilities are *Spotless* and the woman`s toilet block has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. Lots of very nice walks in the area with plenty of areas to explore and keep a very lively 5 year old entertained. We decided before we left that we would be back and we are so looking forward to visiting this wonderful site again. I wish that I could have posted more images but most have my 5 year old in them but please take my word for it that the views from this site is 2nd to none.

It didn’t look like you could and there wasn’t any signs to say you could. Maybe different in the summer? There wasn’t any stored to hire if that helps. It’s not a loch more a river bed.
I am not really sure, sorry.
Most camp sites DO NOT ALLOW open camp fires fires on the ground
Invercoe have an area that you can use those BBQ's that are in a tray, Or if you want to use a free standing BBQ ...I'd say yes but anything that would burn the grass or cause a danger from an open fire on the ground would not be allowed
We stayed in one of the lodges and the setting is gorgeous. The loch is 2 minutes walk away. The views are stunning from everywhere in this area.
