We arrived for a romantic weekend break. The room was lovely and very modern and clean. Later in the day we went back to our room and found that on either side of our room we had very loud music playing and we were not expecting that. We went to reception and explained the situation and without mentioning anything more...

Having had a very good reputation locally this place has gone down hill rapidly .A large party of us recently attended for dinner and founf the menu limited and uninteresting .Much of the food particularly the burgers were overcooked,Also thought the bill was expensive for what we had.On a positive note the service from the young staff was very good...

Stayed here for three nights, staff are lovely, food very good, breakfast 'spot on'. Stayed in The Old Course room at the rear, very quiet. Nice residents lounge on the first floor, although poor lighting for reading?? Will stay here again, perfect base for this area, including the Air Museum & North Berwick.

Just back from a long weekend in Gullane. We had dinner in the Golf Inn on Friday evening which was superb. Great atmosphere in the bar and Cameron and the staff could not have looked after us better. The Hogmany ceiledh and disco was great, many thanks Cameron we will be back.

We have just experienced the most unappetising Christmas Lunch which we have ever had. The majority of the food had not been prepared in house and appart from the soup was not pleasant to eat. Most disappointing - we will not be back!!!

This was our fourth stay at this friendly welcoming hotel. Every member of staff is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are named after famous golf courses, and we stayed in the old course room which is nice and quiet facing the back of the hotel. The rooms have all been updated and the public areas...

Spent one night here recently, our room was in Hazel Cottage just behind the inn, we were comfortable and cosy. The food was excellent we ate in the restaurant on a steak night, this was an absolute bargain for such good food. Our steaks were perfect and the pudding was just lovely. We would certainly eat here again.

My husband and I had a very enjoyable 2 night stay at the Golf Inn earlier this month. We were made most welcome and as I had earlier indicated that I had a mobility problem we were shown to a beautifully furnished double bedroom (with very comfortable beds) in Hazel Cottage which is situated just behind the main hotel. The...
