Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I do not rate a lot of B&B's, but this one is amazing, I would highly recommended. Godfrey gave me a ground floor room as I have a bad knee and cannot do stairs very well, Room 2 was lovely, and I had a great night's sleep.

I could not pick fault with this place and would certainly go back if I am in that area again :)

Booking.com gave me the wrong co ords -
CORRECT CO-ORDS are:

I am a geocacher and always have GPS on me....

Hello Egraine, Thank you ever so much for posting such a great review. Coed y Bryn is a little unusual in that it has some rooms on the ground floor. This is great for guests that have a physical impediment and cannot manage stairs. I look forwards to meeting up again in the future and happy geocaching!

The B&B is perfectly located just off the A487 in Aberteifi. It's perfect for exploring Ceredigion and North Pembrokeshire. We had a twin room with en suite. The breakfast was ample. The rooms were clean and the dining room with a flourishing live vine creeper was impressive.Restaurants in Aberteifi are walking distance. We paid £140 B&B for two people for two nights which was good value for money. There was a £15 dog supplement. I would gladly stay again. The 7pm checkin time deadline is worth bearing in mind.

Hello Alwyn A, Thank you for taking the time to post the great review. It was my pleasure to welcome both yourself, daughter and pooch into my home and extremely happy that you thought that it was good value for money. Also glad that you enjoyed the conservatory dining room and live flourishing grapevines therein. All the best to you. PS...Try to convince the whole family to come along the next time!

Great, smashing, Wonderful......and thats only your host Godfrey! Yes we all like to have good facilities, but what makes a good stay into a great one is the interaction between yourself and the proprietor when you need information or there is some other issue. This is Godfrey's strong point, any quiery.....whatever it is , is met with a smile and a result!
This of course is all very well and good, but if the accomodation is no good, then £@&£&@!
We stayed in the studio apartment to the side. This consisted of a more than large enough lounge, a good sze kitchen area, with abreakfast bar area which nicely seperated it from the lounge.
Large tv....a necessity if you have young children with you!
Sleeping arrangements were excellent.
Large double bedroom with tv, french windows which lead on to decking which is fine for drinks and al fresco meals, then down a few stairs and into a charming little garden.
The lounge also features a large settee which folds down to a double bed.
All in all a perfect spot from which to experience the fabulouse hinterland of Cardigan Bay.
Go on go for it!

Our stay was planned for 2 nights on the 9th & 10th August. Do to last minute work issues our arrival was going to be delayed. Mr Evans said he was sorry but he could not accomadate our late arrival (20.00) and that I should cancel the booking via the booking agent (Booking.com) and I would get my deposit back. In less than 3 minutes he took the full amount from my card. Yes that's right he took £150 of me for nothing. WE STAYED AT THE CLIFFS HOTEL THEY WHERE FANTASTIC.

Thank you for taking time out to write / post a very questionable review which is littered with fabrications and half-truths. I find it difficult to understand why, when the booking was for the 9/10th August, you have only now decided to post your review (over 6 weeks later !) You state that you stayed at the Cliff Hotel and note that you reviewed that hotel on the 12th August immediately after your stay. I must admit that I do take a certain pleasure in responding to an aberrational review of this nature that is obviously written by somebody who tends to shy away from providing hard FACTS to support their sad and sorry tale. O/K….You’ve had your two pence worth of glory so now it’s my turn to set the record straight by providing FACTS and not fictional rubbish………… Let me point out that Coed y Bryn is a very modest 3 star (self accredited) Bed and Breakfast establishment. It is not a guest house or hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It is the lowest priced ‘online bookable’ accommodation provider in Cardigan and yet it still manages to rank number 4 of all B&B / Inns in Cardigan with a terrific score of 94%. (At the time of writing.) So…let’s move on to the FACTS shall we ?……….. You made the reservation on the 30th July 2014 for the dates you mentioned using the online booking agency Booking.Com. On the website it is extremely clear what our Policies and Conditions are. For the benefit of the reader I will provide the relevant sections here………. 1) Upon booking a 25% non-refundable deposit is debited from the card details supplied. The balance is payable on the day of arrival. 2) In the case of a cancellation or ‘no show’ the entire booking is chargeable. 3) Our ‘check in’ times are between 16.00 hrs. and 19.00 hrs. It is clearly stated on the website that it is not possible to ‘check in’ outside the quoted ‘check in’ times. Upon making the reservation you would have been sent an email from Booking.com. Within this email the above policies and conditions are, once again, clearly visible. In addition, when the reservation is received by us, we send you an additional email (which we are not formally obliged to do) informing you that we have debited your card for the 25% non refundable deposit. Once again, within that email our conditions relating to our ‘check in’ times are clearly spelt out and extremely visible. So…….That is 3 times you would have seen our conditions ! Possibly you may be suffering from hyperopia. MAYBE YOU SHOULD HAVE GONE TO SPECSAVERS next time !! On the 7th August you contacted us to say that you would be unable to make the last ‘check in’ time. I find this scenario rather strange as you were informing me of this, 2 days prior to arrival when you had 10 days to sort out your travel arrangements. I advised you to contact Booking.com to advise them of your predicament (after all they are the booking agency and it’s why they get paid such large commission fees by us) . You are, without doubt, telling a rather large ‘porky pie’ here by stating that I said I would be refunding your deposit. That is a total fabrication on your behalf. The deposit is absolutely non refundable, irrelevant of the circumstances. A short while after speaking with you I received a formal cancellation from Booking.com. Due to the fact that the cancellation was outside our cancellation window your card was duly debited for the entire booking fee as per our clearly stated policies. Yes, (for once !) you are correct that we debited your card for the full amount of the balance (and legally payable under the terms of the contract willingly entered into by YOU !). Our records clearly show that this event took place approx. 3 minutes after we received the cancellation from Booking.com. What were you expecting us to do…sit on it for 24 hrs. ? or possibly 48 hrs ? or possibly not at all ? I may come from ‘the other side of the hills’ but believe me when I tell you that I’m certainly not backwards at coming forwards ! To summarise…….. You state in your review and I quote “Do to last minute work issues our arrival was going to be delayed” unquote. As an aside I think you meant to say “DUE to last minute work issues our arrival was going to be delayed”! These ‘work issues’ were of your making not mine. Why on earth should I suffer a financial penalty because of your inability to control your work / life balance effectively ? Oh ! It’s just suddenly dawned on me and I get it now, you wanted to stay in work longer and earn more money whilst I was expected to work longer hours for no extra. Is that how it was supposed to work.? You also state and I quote once again “Mr Evans said he was sorry but he could not accomadate our late arrival (20.00)” (I think that’s ACCOMMODATE by the way !). Yes, you are correct. On the day in question I could not ACCOMMODATE a ‘check in’ 1 hour past my last ‘check in’ time due to previously arranged commitments. Bless my little cotton socks but I do have another life outside these 4 walls ! You are incorrect when you state that we took £150 OFF you (not as you state OF you by the way !) when the total booking fees were for £140. The non-refundable deposit was for £35, which made a balance payable of £105. Please ensure that if you decide to write another review (hopefully for another establishment as long as it’s not this one !) then please get your FACTS right and stop telling ‘porky pies’ that are meant to mislead the reader and attempt to show the establishment in a poor light. Finally, for the benefit of the Tripadviser travelling community……. If a prospective guest is reading this and looking at booking at my accommodation online then please be advised as follows:- If you decide to book through an online booking agency then make absolutely sure you read the Polices and Special Conditions before you hit the ‘Book Now’ button and enter into a legally binding contract with me (and Booking.com). I will then not have to get stressed over such an extraneous aberrational review, which is obviously written by someone who is nothing more than a sensationalist ‘keyboard warrior’ and who is disgruntled because they made an extremely poor decision by not having the ability (or the common sense) to read what is written or have rational travel arrangements in place. PS…….By the way it’s not the CLIFFS HOTEL, it’s the CLIFF HOTEL and it’s not WHERE but WERE ! Regards, Godfrey (Proprietor, operator, cleaner, housekeeper, chief cook and bottle washer of “£150 FOR NOTHING” Coed y Bryn Bed and Breakfast – Oh ! and let’s not forget the author of management responses to aberrational reviews !)

BEWARE of GODFREY
Firstly I will give an account of the room
The room I stayed in was the twin room on the ground floor.
Firstly I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS B&B if you have children.
There is a strong smell of cigarette SMOKE that is literally attached to anything
& will leave you smelling as though you were a heavy smoker.
Being a non-smoker it was difficult to breathe & difficult to sleep at night.
Also the B&B has a distinct smell which can make your stay very unconfortable.
As i was paying £18 a night, I put up with the situation by using plenty of air fresheners
However the smell was still strong and lingered everywhere
Also the room was not maintained & was extremely dusty.

Secondly the bathroom was a big concern.
On first arrival I noticed that it had not been cleaned & no toiletries were provided.
Secondly over the next few days the bathrooms condition remained the same
& there was clearly no effort to make it presentable and of an acceptable condition.

Payment issues.

I booked out a room for 20 nights at coed y bryn.
This was confirmed with Godfrey.

A deposit of £90 was paid.

Following my 7th Night of staying at the accommodation
I turned up after work to collect the room keys

I was notified by Godfrey that he had booked out the room without my consent.
& that he will no longer be providing me the room.

As a result I asked why this was the case.

His response was that I had not been there everynight and as a result he booked it out to other guests due to 'high demand' as he stated.

I found this absolutely ridiculous

Even though I was paying him on a weekly basis.

He has still failed to pay the deposit back and his communication is very poor.
Every time I contact him regarding this situation the only reply I receive is
'im in a meeting' 'im busy'
When I have called him to discuss the refund of my deposit he hangs up mid conversation.

I am utterly disappointed with the way he has treated me regarding the situation.

An absentee landlord, a most insidious profiteer

In June 2013, we booked a room and said we would be there in about 1 1/2 hours, but were 15 minutes late, as we were traveling from out of town. We waited over an hour and had new friends call the owner on his cell phone and regular phone, but he would not answer. No one was either at the place or would answer a telephone, both mobile and land line. No note was left to help us.

He charged us 55 pounds for a room that we were never let into, and he or his paid assistant never left a note or even a message for us. We had to take room elsewhere, at another guesthouse, where the lady was kind and wonderful in Cardigan.

I might add, the place looks much more run down from the outside than the picture here. It was white and looked shady, in my wife's words.

Please discipline this person and discredit his business. This was the only problem we ever had in a month long trip to the UK where I have booked rooms every night with no issues until this one. Below my name is a record of some of the exchanges from this absentee landlord, a most insidious profiteer.

Responded 27 Jul 2013
Hello MichaelEnglish (and wife), This management response is for the benefit of the travelling community that makes up the Tripadviser viewers… Well what can I say ??? How should I respond to a review that is openly slanderous and a defamation of character of my good name ?? I’m not 100% sure but I’ll give it a shot… You booked my B and B (which by the way is the lowest priced online B and B establishment in the locality) via the leading online Booking agency website in the U/K (possibly the world). The date of the booking was the 8/6/13 and the day of arrival was the same day. The time of the booking was 19.29 hrs. local time (20.29 hrs CET). I am a single man/operator and I offer what is (apart from hostels and the YMCA) the lowest and cheapest type of hospitality in the U/K, namely a Bed and Breakfast establishment. Note….a B and B. Not a Guest house business and certainly not a hotel. You booked the cheapest room in my B and B (£55 for a twin standard room with shared bathroom) out of which we pay are expected to pay a booking fee of 15% plus a PDQ fee of 3%, making a total of 18% of the room rate. My so called ‘Profiteering’ as you put it, is therefore an extremely meagre £45 (rounded to the nearest pound). The Booking agency FRONT SHEET (together with the information contained in the IMPORTANT INFORMATION section) clearly states that our last check in time is 19.00 hrs. This is only relevant to guests who book through Booking agencies who book online and our actual closing time is 20.00 hrs. This is designed to ensure that should a Booking agency customer arrive up to an hour after our quoted last check in time due to travel delays then they are still fully accommodated at our establishment. In addition, it clearly states on our Booking agency pages (under the ROOM CONDITIONS section) what our POLICIES are relating to cancellations and 'no shows'. All of the above information is fully transparent on the Booking agency website front page, together with the confirmation emails etc. and therefore does not under any circumstances constitute any form of malpractice or fraudulent activity on my behalf. I therefore have great difficulty processing the comment ‘Insidious’. (Oxford English dictionary for Insidious ?? – quote ‘proceeding in a gradual, subtle way, but with harmful effects’ unquote). I (and the Booking agency) take great care in ensuring that my property descriptions, room tariffs, room descriptions, reservations policies etc. are 100% accurate to ensure that a prospective guest is made fully aware of same prior to completing the booking process. It would appear therefore that everything I do regarding my establishment is clear, precise and very much ‘up front’ and in your face so to speak. The problem that you appear to have encountered by booking through a Booking agency is that even though it states that our last check in time is 19.00 hrs., a guest is still able to make a reservation after that time. This is a software anomaly on the Booking agency website and as such I am not responsible for the said anomaly. I would hazard a guess that either yourself (or your partner) whilst travelling happily along viewing the glorious Welsh countryside, made the reservation using either a smartphone or a tablet computer and because of the small screen display failed abysmally to observe either of the 2 extremely important pieces of information. You stated on the Booking agency booking sheet that you would be arriving at 21.00 hrs (or sooner). I still have difficulty understanding why you should contemplate making a booking when it is so patently obvious that it is outside my check in time and this simple fact still ceases to amaze me. Ah well, c’est la vie as the saying goes. At approx. 20.45 hrs. you had still not arrived. I attempted to make contact with you but unfortunately the contact number provided by you, was your home number in the USA. Dohhh !!! I also sent you an email but there was no response/reply. At approx. 21.10 hrs. I temporarily had to close but I returned at 21.40 hrs. There was no sign of you. I had no phone messages on either my landline or mobile and therefore duly closed for the night and retired to bed. So that’s the history bit out of the way so let us now look at the review shall we ??.... You first reviewed my accommodation on the 15th June. You reviewed me for Value, Location, Sleep quality, Rooms, Cleanliness and Service. This breaches Tripadviser’s guidelines and I requested that Tripadvisor remove the offending review and this was performed immediately. You then reposted an almost identical review on the 11th July. In this revised review, you reviewed me for Value, Sleep quality, Cleanliness and Service. Once again, this breached Tripadviser’ guidelines. Once again, I requested Tripadviser to remove the review and this was done within 24 hrs. You then reposted an almost identical review on the 17th July. However, this time you only reviewed me for Service, which I still find contentious as you have not stayed at my establishment and I have had no contact with you whatsoever. It is only ‘post event’ that emails have been exchanged when you requested (via the Booking agency) a full refund that was refused. It would appear that it is this item and this alone that has prompted such a vicious and scathing review. In addition, you appeared to be reviewing me as a person and not my B and B by making disparaging remarks about me personally. Regarding your wife’s comments about my property ? Well, it is interesting to note that earlier this year I had exterior wall insulation fitted to the house at a cost of approx. £18,000. Yes, you are correct it is a sort of white colour (In actual fact it’s speckled brown/white to be precise) but run down and shady ? I don’t think so. I find the remarks made by you (and your wife) to be extremely offensive and totally lacking in any truth or substance whatsoever. I also have great difficulty understanding why you are asking Tripadvisor to discipline me and discredit my establishment. Tripadvisor is a forum for travellers and not some kind of internet police force. Your final comments appear to be emanating from somewhere strange to say the least. Where exactly below your name are the records of the exchanges with me that you are referring to ? It is my firm belief that you have resorted to writing this blatantly slanderous review because I refused you a full refund even though I was legally entitled to make the valid charges per se. So MichaelEngland let us sum up the above facts:- It is my honest opinion that because you are unable or incapable of saying nasty things about the Booking agency in question you have decided to vent your frustration against the little guy……..Me !!! I have no doubt in my mind that should you have vented your frustration against said Booking agency, they (because of their sheer financial might), would have sued you to the ends of the earth and possibly further !! Maybe Mars even !!!). What you have said against me is without doubt slanderous and a defamation of my good character. However, to take legal action against you would cost me approx. £20,000 in upfront fees and I am certainly not in a position to provide same funds. I have been operating my establishment for the last 2 years and work extremely hard (Usually a 84 hr. week on average) building it up on very meagre financial resources. However, in that short period of time I have gleaned 36 excellent reviews, 7 very good reviews and 1 average review. My score is currently 95% and I am the 2nd best rated B and B in Cardigan on both Tripadvisor and the Booking agency. It would appear therefore, that you are certainly in the minority (The others did of course manage to read the print and arrive within my check in times !) I take into consideration every review (even though I don’t answer them individually and change/adopt to common sense suggestions which will improve my business model. You on the other hand, have only chosen to slag me off personally on an international web forum. So, for the benefit of the Tripadviser travelling community the final results are as follows… If a prospective guest is reading this and looking at booking a room/s at my accommodation please be advised as follows:- If you decide to book through an agency then make absolutely sure you read the Polices and Special Conditions before you hit the ‘Book Now’ button and then we’ll all sleep better at nights. I’ll also not have to stress myself out with worry about such extraneous aberrational reviews, which are written by someone who is obviously nothing more than a ‘keyboard warrior’. So…rather than me being some sort of criminal Mafia hoodlum, (“An absentee landlord, a most insidious profiteer”) I am just a simple humble guy who opens his home to the public and charges them for providing a bed and breakfast. Godfrey (Owner and operator of Coed Y Bryn Bed and Breakfast)

1. It was around 8 when I checked the address of the place then I noted that with the confirmation I received, there is an statement saying that the window for checking in was from 4pm to 7pm so I called the owner to advise that we will be late, but I would be able to stay there between 9.30pm to 10pm.

He told us that the policy was clear and we will not able to use the room, and the money will be taken from the card. It was bank holiday and all around was booked so we did sleep in the car.

It is true what the confirmation received from booking.com says that the check in must be done from 4pm to 7pm. I used to travel quite a lot, therefore when I received the confirmation I do not look at anything else other than the confirmation. I did learn for the next time.

2. Also I do not understand such a lack of flexibility. I did have a car, then I could go to any place to pick up the keys, or he could just approach to open the door? I just saw a careless behaviour and no constructive attitude to find a solution.

3. I have nothing to say about the person who run that business and who I talked to on the phone. When I was a kid I was learned that if nothing good can be said about anyone, is better not to say anything. If anyone curious, I just encourage to read the type of responses this person is given to those who wrote against that place.

As a summary I do not recommend that place at all. Any delay may cause to lose the sleep in a bed due to both the small window to check in and the lack of flexibility to find any solution.

regards

Hello Javier U (or should I say Nancy? because that is who made the reservation), There's not really much I can say to answer what I can only describe as an aberrational review written by somebody who is personally 100% to blame (your own words) for the situation that you found yourself in. I think I have a bozo here! You made the booking via Booking . Com, 5 days before your arrival date. On that website it clearly states what my check-in times and policies are. Booking . Com would then have sent you the confirmation email on which my check-in times, are clearly displayed once again. Thirdly, I also sent you an email advising you that your card had been deducted for the 25% deposit. In that email, it also states what my check-in times and policies are. So that is 3 times that the information relating to my check-in times and my policies had been displayed to you. Are you not capable of reading and understanding plain English? When you contacted me my telephone (at 1hr. past my last check-in time may I add) I had already closed and vacated the premises for the evening. I informed you to contact Booking . Com so that they could resolve the situation that you found yourself in. That is why I pay them such large commissions. To sort out such issues! During our telephone conversation you became verbally very abrasive towards me. At this juncture I duly hung up on you and refused to accept any more calls from your number. Now, at this point let me point out to you in clear and precise English…. I do not, under any circumstances, tolerate verbal abuse from anyone. Is that clear and precise enough for you? Why on God’s earth should you believe that I should stay open for 3hrs. later than my last check-in time earning nothing extra for my troubles whilst you probably stayed in work until the very last minute earning extra money? On top of which I get to be verbally abused by you. Do you think that could be the reason why I showed a lack of flexibility and intransigence I wonder? In line with the directives issued to me by Booking . com I marked your reservation as a ‘no show’ on the following day. Immediately, Booking . Com sent me an email informing me to charge your card for the remainder of the reservation’s balance. This I fully complied with. I’m immensely glad that you have pointed out to the travelling public who use this website to read my responses to the extremely small (3) similar aberrational reviews. That way, everybody will be fully aware of what my policies are, relating to potential guests who expect to arrive 3hrs. later than my last check-in time (or indeed if they don’t show up at all). If you want my personal advice, in future you should book a hotel that caters for such late check-ins rather than the lowest priced bed and breakfast establishment in Cardigan. Albeit, such said hotels would be considerably more expensive than my humble abode. As a final note….read the ‘fine print’ before making a booking next time and save yourself a considerable amount of hassle. Signed…….. Godfrey Evans – Owner (and fully compliant with all aspects of Booking . com’s Terms and Conditions of Business).

Unfortunately I didn’t read any of the reviews before booking this despicable place. Big mistake ! It was the only place that allowed dogs on a fully booked bank holiday so proceeded to make the booking without cross checking the trip advisor and booking.com. reviews.
If you are lucky enough to be reading this before making your booking DO NOT BOOK HERE, ALL THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS ARE TRUE.

We were due to arrive on a bank holiday Friday for a couple of nights to celebrate a 50th birthday of friends in the area. We had set off in good time, for a journey that would normally take us 4/4.5 hours, to arrive for the STRICT check in times, ( despite the owner living in the premises ) but because of the ridiculously heavy traffic it took us nine hours. Realising we were going to be late we called every half hour between 4 and 7, leaving two voice messages, and sent two emails, one direct and one through booking.com. We got no response. In desperation we asked our friends to go and check in for us, they arrived just before seven. No one answered the door.
We eventually arrived at nine, to a locked up and deserted residence with a not very welcoming sign on the door (see pictures) threatening fines if we made any noise or disturbance. We again called and could hear the phone ringing. No answer.
Admittedly we were late that night, but we made EVERY effort to inform mr Godfrey Evans of the situation and he made none in return.
After a nine hour journey, we had no where to stay. In an already overcrowded house that weekend, with friends and family staying, our friends very kindly scattered a few cushions on the floor to for a makeshift bed for the three of us.
Returning the next morning, thinking someone would be there making breakfasts or servicing the rooms, to claim our second paid for night, we were once again met with locked doors and no sign of life, apart from the large and overfilled ashtray, on the rusty garden furniture, by the front door. Again, very welcoming.
Finally we came back at the documented check in time, for what we were now referring to as the prison, for a final attempt to gain entry to our paid for room only to once again be met with solid walls of silence. Luckily this time the nice man next door said that the owner was in the garden and shouted to him for us.
An unpleasant smelling and dishevelled man came to the door and to make it short, he was VERY unhelpful and unfriendly. Refusing us the room for a second night saying that booking.com cancel the booking if you are a no show it is not his fault. Despite us standing in front of him, with no where else to stay and our fully paid for room empty!!!!!! This is not true, booking.com still expect the landlord to honour the entire booking even if you are delayed or miss the first night.
Best I can describe this man and his grubby dwelling is a crook and he has done this to others before us. We love going to cardigan as the place is beautiful and everyone is extremely nice and friendly and we will certainly be returning. Unfortunately Mr Evans and his B and B are an embarrassment to the good people of Cardigan and I’m amazed that such a reputable company as Booking.com still have this squalid blot on the landscape on their books. They did redeem themselves however by refunding us, but still carry on advertising it.
I can’t make it any clearer DO NOT STAY HERE, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE, EVEN IF ITS A FEW QUID MORE , OR A BIT FURTHER AWAY.....JUST NOT HERE !

I booked Coed Y Bryn for three nights, starting on Sunday. I paid in advance. Unfortunately, I was unavoidably delayed and I arrived about 7.50 pm. I found that the hotel was closed. A sign stated that unless you physically book in by 7 pm you can't get in, I tried the phone number and explained things and left a message, although I have never received a reply. I then had to find another hotel. I returned to Coed-Y-Bryn the following afternoon and had to wait over an hour for someone to return to the office. When they did so, they informed me that my ENTIRE booking had been cancelled and that they would retain my payment for ALL THREE DAYS. I accept that I was late on day one, and I am willing to accept that I have lost the first night stay, but I regard it as UNREASONABLE for them to retain the money for the other two days. This reflects very badly indeed on the management of the hotel and I will now initiate steps to redeem the money for the two days.

Whilst the room was clean, with good facilities, the landlord lives downstairs and is a smoker. The smell permeates through the whole house and I had booked three nights, but had to leave after one night and go and stay elsewhere. I was offered no refund. Avoid if you are a non smoker.
