Last went to Bodelwyddan two years ago when the new lodges, atrium bar and new leisure centre were being built - had a very good stay then. Just been for a second stay - tried out the new lodges - and highly recommend for all sorts of reasons: #good value, #signature welcome with large bottle wine / quality crisps /...

We've never been to a Warners Hotel before, but our friends have. We were greeted by a welcome hostess who told us where to park. There was help with cases if need be. We are both able so we managed our own. We checked in and were given directions and help. Literature was good with an itinerary for the whole...

Had a great time here, the room was lovely and bed very comfy. All the staff were friendly and helpful, looking round the castle was interesting and if you stayed in the Hotel you got in free. We went on the wine tasting and met some lovely people, William who gave the talk was very knowledgeable and we all had...

My wife and I came to this Hotel 6 years ago and since then a lot of money has been spent on updating everything. Our room (201) was very smart overlooking a courtyard. The only drawback is there no quiet room in the evening to play cards or just chat with friends. There is music everywhere played at a loud...

What a place. Lovely scenery, great food, excellent rooms, nice and clean. Always great entertainment, resident band Viva are great fun. The only thing that lets the place down is Joe. He can't sing for toffee and brings the rest of the guys down. Such a shame, we thought this last time but he's still here. Been a few times...

Just had my second visit this year. The hotel is what you would expect it to be. Very well run and all the staff are very friendly and efficient. We had a drinks package this time, it isn't free because it is reflected in the price. All normal drinks are free between 6 p.m. and midnight. The bars are well...

We had a short weekend break last weekend here and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent with plenty of choice at the new buffet bar system. The improvements made here have been well thought out and look really good. The highlight of the weekend was a 60s tribute band called the...

Some very good renovations carried out here. New atrium and fabulois garden lodges. Food extremely good, absolutely no complaints. We did feel it was a pity to have removed the bowling facilities, snooker room and tennis courts, although the lovely new accommodation was fab. We thought the clientele using Warners really did not require such a huge gym and spinning...

I read the garden lodges are cold in the winter, yet ours was really hot! There is a central heating thermostat on the wall for you to select what temperature you would like. I cannot understand why someone said the lodges were cold. The lodge suites are fantastic, with a large sitting room, with a good size fridge. Amazing bathroom...
