Pretty good B&B. Nice view of the sea and only about a five minute walk from the venue I was attending. Staff were very friendly. Room was pretty standard, nothing over the moon special though. Breakfast was okay too, cooked breakfast was a little small on the portion but the coffee and things like that were okay and unlimited.

Phoned to book a Double room with sea view & a Single, on arrival offered a Twin room with sea view, when challenged, other rooms were offered but no view, no heating or down the corridor for a shower! (the single had a 3/4 bed in a little room) The twin room was clean and acceptable with a tiny toilet/shower...

We were booked on the next day's ferry to Ireland, and chose Seaview as a convenient overnight stay. Convenient it certainly was, and room 1 had a good sea, and harbour view. The room was adequate (except it had just ONE power socket, and, once having been good-sized, had had the shower/toilet and the wardrobe carved out of it, probably...

Breakfast was also very tasty and waitress again very friendly. Benches outside with nice views and you can also eat outside - nice and quiet. Hotel is about a half hour...
