What a wonderful weekend we had staying at this B&B. From the moment arrived we received a warm Welsh welcome from Lilwen, who is so lovely. The room was very clean , with tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries, hairdryer and an iron is available on request. Parking is easily accessible directly outside the property. There was so much choice for breakfasts -fruits, yoghurt, cereal and a number of options for cooked breakfasts , all well cooked by Lilwen. Amazing does not explain Erw Lon Farm. Very warm welcome from Lilwen. Bedding the whitest I've ever seen. Onsuite room with double-bed. Comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful decor. Breakfast always on time and wonderful (fruit, cereal, cooked breakfast, pot of tea and toast.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

Lilwen is a larger than life character. Very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. She has been providing B & B from her home at Erw Lon farm for nearly 50 years and in that time has honed her skills to provide exemplary service. Yes, the decor is a little dated and won’t be to everyone’s taste. But that is all part of the charm of Lilian and her home. Our bedroom was spacious. There were two easy chairs so we had no need to take advantage of the resident’s lounge.

Myself, my husband, John, and adult son recently stayed at Erw-Lon Farm. We were met with a warm welcome of tea and Welsh cakes and a warm heart, this warm heart continued all week. Lil-wen was so full of love and we did not want to leave. Lilwen’s home became our home throughout our stay. Her home was like a palace. The food was wonderful. Could not have found a better place to stay - anywhere. Nothing was too much trouble for Lilwen and she touched our lives forever.

We stayed as a group of four friends in September.'22. Ewr-Lon is not only a wonderful place, with the friendliest of hosts, but it is ideally located for visitors to Ffald-y-Brenin. The quality of accommodation was very high and the breakfasts exemplary. We hope to visit again and fully recommend this home without reservation.

We arrived to the most fabulous welcome, Liliwen is just the most amazing host. We were welcomed with coffee, a delicious sponge cake & Welsh cakes. The room was wonderful & breakfast was amazing. Just wonderful.
The bed was the biggest bed I have slept in, so comfortable. The views are spectacular, the Farmhouse is just so welcoming & immaculate, homely. Liliwen is a mine of local information & recommended places to visit & places to eat. Highly recommended staying here. Thank you so much for the wonderful time we had with you.

Had a wonderful stay with my husband and friends. Fantastic hospitality and welcome. Very comfortable spacious rooms. Lilwen was a first class host. Erw-Lon is one of the loveliest b&b's you could ever stay at. Lilwen is a fabulous hostess and Bernard is great entertainment! You're made to feel very welcome from the moment you arrive with a pot of tea and homemade cake and Lilwen's breakfasts are the best i've ever had, you would not want for anything and she always adds that little something extra - be it laverbread, soda bread, muffins, fruit compote, all homemade. Have been going back almost every year for the past 8 years and each time is as good as the last. The rooms are lovely and it has some great views. Although it is on a main road, you wouldn't know as it is very quiet. It's a great base to explore this lovely part of Wales.

This is a wonderful B&B experience my family and I had. Ms Lillwen is a very warm and hospitable host. She made us feel very welcome and at home throughout our stay.Though we arrived earlier than our check-in time, Lillwen accomodated us and served us afternoon tea upon our arrival. She checked on what time we would like to have breakfast in the morning. The rooms are clean and spacious with a great view and the beds are comfortable. It is a very anointed place to stay. It is more of a home than a B&B. This is an ideal place to stay if one is planning to visit Ffald-y Brenin. It is only 10 mins drive to Ffald-y Brenin. It is truly by divine arrangement that we were directed to Erw-Lon Farm. Ms Lillwen was specially mentioned by Roy Godwin on page 27 in the book Grace Outpouring and we decided to connect up with Lillwen through facebook. You must stay in Erw-Lon Farm.
