I stayed on a walking holiday with 5 other adults. The cottage was in an ideal location which meant we could walk in the Brecon Beacons straight from the door. Ample parking (we had 4 cars). Good equipped kitchen (although not much storage space for food - we were self catering and brought a lot of our own). Friendly owners... More

Thank you for your kind comments. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Red Hart Cottage. We appreciate that the quirky layout of the Cottage means that it is not suitable for everyone and, for this reason, it is clearly described on our website, so that guests can be aware of this before they arrive. The location... More

A beautiful B&B situated in a charming countryside village. The owners are very friendly and really make you feel welcome. The area is utterly stunning and there is something here for everyone with acres of countryside, scenic mountains and larger towns & cities within easy travelling distance. We couldn't have asked for a better stay, I can't recommend this place... More

This cottage is in a beautiful spot and has great charm. We had a very happy stay BUT you need to be very good friends to have two couples stay there. You have to go through the ground bedroom to get to the stairs up to the first floor bedroom also the bathroom is directly off the first floor bedroom.... More

Across from a very old, dilapidated and charming church in Llanbedr, Wales, this B&B/Holiday Rental is perfect for two friends or two couples. We stayed here two nights at a cost of 120 pounds/night which included tax and linens. A very trusting owner sorted us out without ever having met us. We booked online and the owner was very responsive... More

We booked to stay for a walking weekend in the Black Mountains & Brecon Beacons and were very impressed with this cottage. In a beautiful village, it's well equipped and has plenty of charm. The proprietors were very friendly and were willing to give plenty of local advice which will be very useful for our next stay!! A definite recommedation.

The cottage is full of original features. We all slept very well in the comfortable beds. The conservatory was a great place to seat & relax drinking tea looking at the magnificent views if Sugar Loaf mountain. The owners were really helping on advising what routes to walk based upon their own personnal experience .
