I booked this through Nav Tours, all inclusive Easter Package. (I was very very impressed) First off the NO flight delays, waited a bit for luggage when we reached, the tour bus was waiting for us, guide spoke English and was very helpful, check-in was no problem, just be patient due to the language barrier, US$20 needed for refundable deposit I... A very nice all inclusive resort. Many European people. The food buffet was wonderful and had so many items that it was hard to choose. The beach was rocky and a lttle rough for swimming. Great pool with tiki bar in the middle. Bathing suit tops optional. Rooms were average. In the evening a night time show which was good.

Insufficient staff to register expected bus full of guests during weekend 26-30/05/2016 from Trinidad. A complete registration form was in Spanish and I was requested to sign where indicated. I was not previously advised that either a credit card or 20K bolivars was expected on registration in case of missing items from room on checking out e.g. remotes for T.V.... More

On comparison with other resorts on the island this is probably the best in my opinion. The price has been stabilized - which I complained on before. I have seen some other Trinidad travelers write some crap - like language barrier and flight delays as if it is a fault of the Hotel - hogwash. Probably their first trip out... More

Room great..facilities decently kept..staff friendly but language barrier to deal with. Wifi only in lobby area...drinks refreshing..snacks tend to serve as food since lunch and dinner is very bland. Basically the same food everyday..seems like boiled food..not even the bottle of pepper sauce I carried didn't help much.. If possible get the massage..best deal ever. Also when going to Venezuela... The food selection was poor, i mostly ate bread. The hotel itself was a bit dated but not too bad. The halls were a bit dirty though and had an unpleasant scent. The great part for me was the entertainment staff and the drinks.

You really get what you pay for. We came through the Krystal Tours package via Trinidad. 3 nights, 4 days?! No.. trust me.. that's false advertising. Let me start in the best step by step manner: 1. Arrival: We were instructed to be in the airport at 5pm. We didn't leave till closer to 9pm. Upon arrival to Margarita, it... More
