We were a group of 6 4x4 vehicles making the trip from Peru end Jul 2016. Total 22 adults and stayed there 2 nights. The hotel was as could be expected for the área. The rooms were clean and confortable. The central heating was not very good and turned off in the early morning so the second night we asked...

Seemed good, but it was not the best experience. Breakfast to simple, not very good in flavor, our room didn't had hot water; at the end they change us to another room (a creepy one) but it took them more than an hour to take a decision, hair blower did not work (in the previous room we didn't have any)....

Booked through our agent, not sure what other hotels are in town this one I would give a miss. If you have no other option then ok. I do like clean places with some comfort and where the staff is friendly and know their business. Having worked for 35 years in this industry I know the standards of hotels. Here...

One of those places that you cannot believe actually does any business at all - ever! On check in the receptionist does not even look up - he is busy eating his grapes , checking his phone and taking refreshments. After taking copies of our documents, a room number is uttered. You ask for directions to the room, you get...

Considering you are in the middle of nowhere I really loved this hotel. From the outside it doesn't look that appealing but once the door is opened this place is an oasis. We were greeted with a big smile. The roof is one big skylight so it brings brightness to the hotel. Our room was small and adequate and very...

It was adequate for us as a family, the room had 4 beds and a warm shower and a heater. Winter is very cold outside so this was welcome. We arrived off the train at 2am and it wasn't difficult to see several rooms for us to choose. All were basic but clean.

I keep on staying to this place and each time it is a little bit better. electric heaters when it's cold, comfortable beds and a real hot shower are quite welcome when you come back froms the Puna. A great place to stay, even if breackfast is something poor, as usual in Bolivian small towns.

I stayed at this hotel 2 separated nights. First night, another guest came to complaint that his hot shower is not working. My room, the floor drain was clogged, the heater was not on. The handy man came to fix the heater, but cannot fix the floor drain. I had to shower like that. The second night , I check...

I loved this darling hotel! Wonderfully decorated, large comfortable rooms, good service. A perfect base for visiting the salt flats, and they have heaters!! We had a wonderful stay here and would return.

This place is great. Fantastic place to relax after the drive from San Pedro. They made breakfast early for us so that we could eat before our early departure to La Paz. Clean, plenty of hot water. Wifi a little slow. Would stay here again.
