I stayed while my way back home via Cairo. Had to stay here. Although the room looked clean and tidy, so does the bathroom but the security was all none. I literally had to use the stone table behind the glass window and the wooden door in order to sleep peacefully in night. The vicinity looks terrible, as like in... More

After staying here a couple of years ago the memories had faded. But they came back with a bang….The place is still the same, same people, wearing the same clothes as years ago. But the food was a slight improvement, or it was the shock of yet another business visit. Because I would would never come here out of my... More

When I arrived I was warmly greeted by the manager and given room 350, the only suite in the hotel and quite well appointed given the location. This is were the review turns ,the standard of food was extremely bad and the selection available from the menu even worse. It was common for us to wait up to 20 minutes before we... If the hotel had been kept up to date it could be nice ..but... Nothing done for many many years. Food menue very poor and except for the kebab nothing worth eating. Breakfast very poor choice. Staff try to be helpful but they have little to be proud of

The room was clean, bed was big and really comfortable but the shower was broken! Not enough tv programs, A/C very noisy. Everything in the hotel seems to be very old. At the reception very polite and friendly hotel stuff make good impression, but one of them after showing my room was asking me for big tip so insistently (typically... More

Stayed three days for business and that was torture....Rooms are absolutely dirty, and that goes for the entire hotel to be fair. Meet and greet is better with people from outer space I would imagine because there is a lack of the ability to communicate. From the meet and greet it went down hill and I could not wait to... We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were quickly shown to our rooms by a very enthusiastic gentleman. The enthusiasm didn't catch on when he showed us our ground floor rooms. The rooms were in need of a good scrub with dust on all surfaces. The furniture and assorted shelving looks to have been added as an... More

I came here at 3am in the morning and I found the staff pretty friendly despite the basic lack of English. I was only here whilst joining a vessel in the Suez canal and ended up spending 3 very long days here. The food was very basic but edible and the pools wasn't so bad. The best bit as pointed... ...arrived 5 o'clock in the morning.and did not need any further light to see that this 'hotel' has passed its best days long time ago. There is a good WiFi conn. and a (verynoisy)airco so no complaints about that. I could even still have a "breakfast" with the cucarachas passing by in the restaurant. Shower is not inviting as the...
