The staff is the only reason this even got a 2... Because the rest of the place is an embarrassment to the brand. I understand renovations, but they waited until the place was almost falling down to do them. Mold in our tub, mismatched tiles, rusty tissue holder bed and pillows are uncomfortable... What a dump. Drive 5 hours to arrive and be told my reservation was cancelled by myself. Which it was not. Room had a musty smell. Bed uncomfortable. Air conditioner mad drinking noise all night. Stay elsewhere. There is a Hilton Garden inn a block away

I stay for business back on December 12-15. I didn't have a choice since all the nicest hotels were already booked or they couldn't take the government rate. Night manager was not very friendly. This room was way overpriced for the condition of the facility. Hotel overall was very ran down especially for over $200 per night. Very disappointed in Hilton Honors. Internet site very misleading on the condition. Candle wood Suites or Best Western Plus are both nearby. Stay at either of them if you want a place that looks clean.

Stingy with towels. Three hotels within a block, that are cleaner and cheaper ... candlewood Suites is across the street and new. You can stay at the Baymont for half the price. It's a new building. End

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past two years. Always clean and accommodating. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for all ASU events. Very close to shopping and restaurants as well. This Hotel is always my first choice when visiting Jonesboro.

First, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful...great people. Save your $$ and shop other hotels, you'll be glad you did! Very outdated, furniture and popcorn ceilings will give you the first clue. The shower was disgusting, The curtain did not close and the drain seemed like it was clogged w/mud. I was not pleased with this hotel. It is going through remodeling but no one advised of this. Extremely noisy inside due to work occurring outside. No staff member cared about the need to work inside my room.

Not usually my brand to use, but I have heard wonderful things about their bagged breakfasts. The little amenities that they provide. This Hampton Inn has just been completely renovated. The room- King - was beautifully done. Has Microwave & Frig. The bed was top notch, loved the Duvet cover & plenty of pillows. Hotel just sits off a main drag, so was very quiet & felt very safe. Very Clean. Breakfast was standard but was very good. Many choices.
