The hotel as classy and neat as I have known it several years ago. Beautiful surroundings, tasteful dishes and very good service quality. Security is adequate. Wifi services have to be paid for which somehow detracts from what would have been an overall excellent outing

Good food. Internet is available for a token. Quiet! friendly service but I think they can do better and then we can compare them to Hotels in other parts of the country. Best place to stay when visiting Kano.

This is a regular haunt for many expats and Nigerians and while not perfect is generally pretty good by Nigerian standards. Plus points are that it serves alcohol (although not particularly cheap) where most hotels in Kano do not. Second is the standard of the rooms, although small is OK (beds not very comfortable) and they are kept clean. The...

Keep in mind you are in Nigeria! Rooms are kept clean and sizes are ok. Bathroom is clean but I not had really hot water for shower. Poer cuts are normal in this area. Hotel has an generator so you are always just few minutes without power. Internet is available but not free and the speed is very slow. I...

This should be a really good hotel. It isn't. While the hotel is pleasant and clean, the customer is definitely not king. Food is particularly disappointing. It should be easy to cook a fried egg but mine was probably the worst I have ever had - and that's an achievement - but consistently so each morning. The restaurant food was...
