In a nice decorated garden lies Amohoro guest house (soon changed to Red Rocks guest house). Me and my partner found the place very welcoming and the service was very good. I assume there were 2 people taking care of the place and there was never any issue to get help with something concerning the place or directions or pointers...

This quiet guesthouse has only 4 rooms and is hidden away on a quiet street in town. It's really comfortable and the host is extremely welcoming and helpful - she cooked us a great breakfast early in the morning before we left for the park, arranged for our really muddy boots to be cleaned when we got back, and was...

Booked through AirBNB. Honest- who is one of the people who runs the place met me at the bus stop and took me to the guest house. He cooked my friends and I amazing breakfasts and was one of the most welcoming people I met in Rwanda.. It is very close to town and convenient. The place was spotless, the...

Centrally located in the heart of Musanze, Amohoro Guesthouse is good value for money at $30 for a double room, in an otherwise expensive city for accommodation! The guesthouse is affiliated to Red Rocks campsite, a couple of KM outside of town, and they can arrange tours and day trips that start from the campsite. My girlfriend and I paid...

The guesthouse is a nice place. The owner was very nice, and cooked us a delicious breakfast. There is also an option to do the laundry there in good price. On the other hand, the water pressure was very low.

If you want a clean, safe, inexpensive guest house in Musanze, I highly recommend this home. There are only eight beds, but one room has a double with in room bathroom. Just sitting on the porch behind a brick wall and drinking a cup of hot tea makes you think you have finally arrived in Rwanda. Need I say more....

Stayed here with 9 other students on a Puntey Travel Program. Peaceful and comfortable house with a very helpful and kind caretaker. Mhosi helped us go to the market and cook our food (it was part of our student program) and just generally was a good friend. If I ever return to Virunga National Park, I plan on staying at...

Stayed for two nights while gorilla trekking. Booked through amohoro tours because there was no answer for the guesthouse phone on the webpage. Very hard to find by yourself but they can meet you up and show you. Close to the La Paillotte restaurant. Had the whole place to myself, comfortable bed, new mosquito nets. The guy working even gave...

It wasn't until I sat on the porch during a rain shower that I realized all of my nights have had a lot of background noise. Hot water was a bonus after seeing the festive rooms, yard, and common area. Twenty-five a night.
