Wow! Facilities, sleep quality, location, child friendliness, value for money. Hard to beat Profcon on any of these without migrating to a completely different price range. One often accepts something just a little below par if it's for one night only, but there's nothing below par about this place. We could easily have stayed for longer. The kids had a... More

Very modern and neat. Would go back there anytime!! Parking facilities inside - actually next to the unit. Very central and quiet. We almost overslept - had to call us for breakfast!!! We will recommend all our friends and family. There is also a function's room.

Rooms are adequate, aircon, swimming pool and dstv. Braai facilities at each unit, kitchen with microwave and fridge. Very nice place at a reasonable price. What a lovely town too. If you want to go to a restaurant in town, make sure that you book as they are always busy.

Although we did sleep here we were received very friendly and had a very delicious breakfast! Very child friendly place. Took a walk around with my two-year old looking at the ducks and playing in the very extensive playground area. Looks like a great place to stay. Will definitely come here next time!

Stayed on one of the few sites at the profcon resort.... the facilities were top notch... braai, water and electricity were readily available... I just had one problem... the indoor showers were quite a walk away from the tent area and we're used for some evening functions... although this was the case, other showers were made available for us to... great stopover spot- had everything we needed, clean, comfortable, friendly service, excellent rate. third time we have stayed over there on our way to the ECape. Brilliant if you have kids. It was really cold and there were electric blankets on the main bed, as well as fresh milk.

8 grassed camping sites right in the middle of town. Each site has its own barbecue facilities, shade port and bench and tables. Outdoor showers for summer but also a rest room at their function venue. Fantastic for small kids. Zip lines, trampoline, mini golf, mini bikes and road, three jungle gyms etc. Friendly staff. Also has cottages but we... More

We stayed over at Profcon Saturday night. We really enjoyed our stay. The kids had a great time playing on the jungle gyms, zip slides, etc and of course we could cool off in the complex pool after a busy day of sight-seeing. Friendly service in a secure complex with a nice holiday feel and all within walking distance to... More
