This place seems to be the #1 spot for people climbing kili - which is good. The grounds are secure and large, we didn't see the pool. The food is ok - the pizza wasn't bad but took over an hour to get to us...More

We are grateful to note that you were happy with our services. We hope to welcome you again in the near future.
Good value accommodation with friendly and helpful staff (Rehema, Charles and other servers). The room was clean but the beds a little firm for our liking and the bathroom was a little tired. Would have preferred to have a proper room safe, rather than just...More

We didnt' go on a safari with Keys, but there is something you should know about the way things work with Keys and their partners. If you're booking directly into Keys (i.e.: as an independent traveller and not part of a group tour to Kilimanjaro or something else) and wanting to do a safari with them and their operators, there's no problem in approaching the hotel and their staff to ask about their safari options. If however, you booked into the hotel through an operator, the local understanding is that you should approach your existing contact first before the hotel - it's considered a social no-no to bypass your first point of contact because the hotel is just functioning as a lodging platform, and you're a client of the operator first. Hope this helps!

Actually, different rooms have different adapters! I stayed there immediately preceding my Kili climb and had a room with Type G sockets, and then when I stayed in a different room after my climb, my room had a type D socket. I'd bring both adapters just to be safe.
