Superb suite (Prince's suite), unfortunately, a squirrel had gained access to the wire cage around the intake for the air con unit disturbing my wife's sleep with its scratching against the wire. Dining area uninspiring with poor lighting and no feel. Food average. Sat in lounge area by reception to read and phone rang and rang but was not answered.

I appreciate that standards across different countries differ. However I expect at least basic cleanliness wherever I stay. This hotel is like travelling back in time but not in a good way. I had a room in a courtyard. It was filthy. The electrics in the place don't seem safe, there are exposed wires and the supply fails frequently. The...

Dear Guest, Thanks for staying at Bijay Niwas Palace and taking out your valuable time to write a review. As this is a heritage hotel most rooms differ in sizes and the fan at full speed does create a fast flutter. Wifi in such remote area is an uncontrollable problem. Our apologies for your disappointment and we make sure that...

Located on the outskirts of a small town named bijainagar....a lot of great landscaping arround which makes it an awsome place to stay... The swimmimg pool is a bit small. The open air restaurant is way too romantic with the lightings arround and peacocks which keep roaming inside the campus.... Very well behaved staff and yes of course great food...

Should you find yourself in this area, I would highly recommend searching out the Palace Hotel if you're in need of a room. I found the accommodations to be very good for the area. Food and service were also quite good. As the name suggests, it is a converted palace and quite nicely appointed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in the Maharani's suite. The staff were welcoming and efficient. Original furnishings in the rooms have been maintained to preserve the character of the lodge. We especially enjoyed our tour of the property, which has become a model farm for this region. We also had the opportunity to meet some of the local villagers who...

We stayed here as a family, 2 adults and our children aged 7 and 4. Bijay Niwas is essentially a hunting lodge. The rooms are nicely restored and quite clean. The place is well taken care of and the manager and the his staff took very good care of little things we needed. The dinner was very well prepared and...

This place is FAR from Ajmer town. But that did not change much for us as we were not visiting Ajmer anyway. We were going to Jodhpur from Jaipur and to avoid a long car journey we stayed here for one night. It was a memorable night. The place is a converted old hunting lodge in the middle of a...
