Friendly staff, nice pool area, ok breakfast, good location near restaurants. Rather dated rooms with weak wifi. Ok for base for exploring Bagan or a few hours chilling by the pool. But bear in mind this is Myanmar so you'll never get the Ritz

The staff was very friendly and the rooms clean, the swimming pool quite cold and the breakfast (on the rooftop) standard for the 50 dollars we paid for a night. The hotel is situated at a street (but the traffic never was annoying) and has many good restaurants around. In addition to that, it's also the closest hotel to new...

This hotel is very well situated on "Restaurant Road", there's a money changer in front of it, many restaurants and bars nearby, as well as bike rental stalls. The staff is very very kind and helps you with everything you need!! The breakfast is gorgeous if you like the wonderful burmese food. There's a nice swimming pool!! The room where...

Went there with my friends. Initially chosen the corridor rooms but man! IT is claustrophobic. Have to moved the pool side. Maybe the banglos would.be a better choice. Wifi not.reliable. bathtub is not scrubbed but the hot shower is okay. Toilet is okay. The breakfast is just passable. Good if u want to tour the whole day and crashed for...

During our tour of Myanmar we stayed in 5 hotels, overall this was our favourite. It is situated on the "main street" and therefore very close to many restaurants ( our favourite was Weather Spoons ), small grocery shops and of course souvenir shops. The local market, which is very interesting, is about 20 mins walk away or you can...

The first day I had an old room in the main building. For 50 usd. Old, with windows that did not lock and some lights very weak... For 20 usd more I took a bungalow roon, huge with a pool view. The restaurant is very good. The wifi is weak. The big problem are the monks who play the music...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, made more so by the location, staff and size of accommodation. The room was a bit dated, but clean with a porch overlooking the pool. Excellent location for restaurants, hiring bikes and various local craft shops. At night it was very peaceful but you do get an early wake up call from the monks nearby....

Stayed here for 3 nights. The one plus is the location of this hotel. It is within walking distance to the small charming town. Upon arrival, we walked into the center of the hotel (really more like a motel) we were impressed with the pool in the center of the property and the large wooded porches in front of each...

Stayed three nights at the Yar Khinn Thar and found it to be a good spot...the rooms are tired and the bathrooms while clean could use a facelift but the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great. Nyaung U is in my opinion the place to stay in Bagan, and the hotel is located at the end...

This hotel is very located (on the right road) to start visting the temples, but also to eat (as there are lot of cafe and restaurant nearby). The room were clean and the personnel very helpful. You can rent a bicycle or an electric bike at the hoteL. It is very practical when you arrive very early in the morning...
