Outside it's a beautuful place but inside the room it's disappointing. The tv has only 2 channels. The aircon is not working. From the check-in counter, our room is far away & we had to walk under the heat of the sun just to reach our room. There is no complimentary water. There is no wifi in the room.

As soon as we arrive the staff seem very accomodating but very noticeable that everything you ask or question would take a long minute to be answered. We have 2 rooms booked. We were assigned to 3F. There was no info that they have no lift and it was quite a shock coz we were carrying stuffs. We had problems... More

Compared to the pictures that I've seen of the room, what was given to us was a bit dull, plain. The furtinures are all okay but something isn't right. Maybe it could use some new paint? The position of the furtinures aren't right? I've attached some pics, see for yourself. The internet connection is fast. The breakfast (buffet) is okay... More

function hall is okay but the food is not okay. For our 5days stay for training, there is something missing in the food. Maybe the pool is an edge but not the food. Amenities in the room is quite okay, its flooding in the bathroom. To stay for just a night maybe this hotel is to be considered but staying... More

Furnitures and decoration are ok. but the arrangement of the bed, ref, tv and aircon is very odd. When you move or twist the bed makes noises. When we left to go to church the next morning I asked the front desk to clean the room and remove the left over food from our previos dinner. Only to be told... More

From the outside, it looks like a huge gated house. But when you get into the compound, it's like coming home to a landscaped mansion with your own gym, pool, reading gazebo, and a huge garden, with the ground stretching all the way back. It's very homey and cozy as the staff make you feel right at home. The price... More

Our room was in the third floor. Just take the stairs (no elevators). Nice garden. It looks like an old but well maintained house with many rooms. Garden is nice. Pool is great because it is indoors. Buffet breakfast but few selection. Bed is comfy. Tv and aircon are old. Location-wise, it's in an inner area and room has no... More

It was the time of fully-booked hotels when we decided to stay overnight in Tagaytay - that's the problem when you plan on short notice. Thankfully, Emiramona was still available for us to book. Emiramona is located close to the Pink Sisters so if you do plan to book your hotel stay, you now know its location. It is a... More
