Jan 14 (night)- Jan 15, 2017; We always like to go to tagaytay since it's very accessible and the view is magnificent. I am a hotelier / Housekeeping Manager to be exact. Whether i like it or not it's embedded on me to always check the room. We didn't book online we went there as walk in guest since it's...

We checked-in last Weekend and I can tell this is probably the worst hotel I've been to. Rooms are so expensive! and they don't have Free WiFi! you should avail it in a very high price which is usually free on other hotel. We were just so tired that we can't go anywhere that night to find another hotel to...

We had a nice stay at the place good customer service, delicious food, fast service and most importantly affordable. But the place is kinda old so it needs to be renovated already. Swimming pool needs to be cleaned, jacuzzi is dirty and needs cleaning too. But overall place is nice, accessible to restos and malls nearby. I would definetly come...

Hotel location is excellent. The room has a nice view of the famous Taal Lake. Staff at the reception are nice and polite as we were immediately entertained and allowed an early check-in. Food served during breakfast is fine. Except for some "i-don't-care" attitude of staff especially during the countdown where hotel clients were not given nice accommodation at the...

We are here celebrating our family's New Years eve. We spent 700++/person on their new years eve dinner buffet which was not worth the amount. Some of their staff are lazy, some are rude. The rooms are quite old with water marks at the ceiling. We can hear footsteps above our room. No slippers were provided at our room. Their...

The hotel was good and it was a two day and one night stay in Days Hotel. Breakfast was very good over there and all the staffs were very nice indeed. The swimming pool and its adjacent area was splendid. Its a very specious hotel indeed. Every room has a balcony where from you can get the view of Taal...

I stayed in this hotel on December 19 which is also my birthday. I was with my husband and 6 month old daughter. We arrived around 7:30AM and I know it is too early. Their early check in charge is P200 per hour. We decided to just go to Picnic Grove and spend some hours there. We came back around...

Room smelled moldy/musty, sheets and towels smelled, mold on shower ceiling, toilet didn't flush properly, bathroom sink barely drained when using, television bad reception bed mattress sagged in middle. Called room service for 4 beers; after half hour called again; took 45 minutes to arrive. When delivered order was incorrect....

The location of the hotel is near the rotonda. Just right accross, you'll be able to go to the nearest convenience store. Its also few blocks away from bag of beans if you want to have a good all day breakfast meal. The service is fine but the rooms and facilities i should say is really outdated. You can find...
