The staff was very helpful, the room was fine enough all amenities available. Loved the Bicol flavored breakfast buffet. Small elevator but not complaining just making an observation. Would recommend and would come back, if ever...

I gave one point for the guard on duty who was the only courteous staff in the hotel and for the breakfast. Other than that, service was not good. We booked before our trip and we stayed for almost an hour at the lobby for registration and everything (well, okay they were still cleaning the rooms or something, but say,...

Found a dirty used Q-tip by the window. How discussing. They were helpful and the staff was good but this was not acceptable. The table top had a burn mark from an iron. And to top It off the lobby smelt awful.................

Coming in from Misibis Bay and having known that this hotel is also owned and managed by them, i've got a high expectation. I;ve also searched this in the internet and the place looks good... well based the net pictures. When we finally arrived at the hotel, I must admit disappointment set in. Ok .. the lobby is clean, ok...

This hotel was recommended by another hotel and told us this is their "sister company hotel" as a 4-star?! Coming from Naga, we were really really tired. Parking space is located at the back of the hotel. Only the guard on duty helped us with our luggages, no cart. Front desk is just a small table on one corner of...

The hotel is located walking distance to the LCC and Ayala Malls but tucked in a street back so it's quiet and walking to the mall area was pleasant. My room on the 4th floor got really good WiFi signal. It was old, judging from the scuffs on the paint but nice. The staff were very attentive and helpful. They...

The location is near the LCC mall and Ayala LCC mall, but its tucked in the quiet part so its plus for us. Room is pretty big for 2. The bathroom could do a little more scrubbing. Theres no hot/cold option for the shower. Fixtures has stains here and there but hardly noticeable. Breakfast buffet is good, but I hope...

What's nice: big room with safety deposit box, 2 bottled water per day, daily replenishment of toiletries (shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush kits, lotion and soap); free shuttle service to/from the airport, buffer breakfast, flat screen tv with cable channels, disposable slippers. What's not: water has smell in the bidet, shower area/shower needs some extra scrubbing especially the handle, sheets and pillows have...

Anyways Issa, the front desk officer was very accommodating with all my requests especially the driver who waited for me too finish my lunch before he dropped me off to the airport. The hotel is centrally located to nearby market, malls, and restaurants. Rooms are plain but big and clean. Reception and lobby is not impressive, a little dull with a two simple desks to check-in an check-out guests.
