The hotel is really old. You can really see the signs of aging and wear & tear all around you - broken floor tiles, creaking door knobs, old TVs, old cabinets, old noisy aircons. It is clean but old, oh except for the towels - they look gray and dirty. For the most part, it was functioning but this hotel... More

I stayed here for three nights. The room is clean and so was the toilet. Everything looks old but well-kept. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I commend them for taking care of me when I felt sick. The lobby reception asked a staff to buy medicine for me. If I an going to stay here again, it is... More

Its only a shower curtain with the lenght cant even reach the bathroom floor. We need to ask and put floor towel before we have shower or else it... More

Sydney Hotel is clean and not expensive. So I would really recommend it if you don't have the money to sleep in one of the posh hotels. The breakfast did not impress us very much, you should consider to have breakfast at another place, for instance to go to the Dunkin' Donuts just around the corner...

It was really a very relaxing accommodation I had at Sydney. It is just across the plaza and you can walk and have some fresh air there. I had my dinner at the roof top and had observed the night life up there. You can eat at the nearby restaurants. The hotel is accessible to all kinds of transportation. Banks... More

Don't be fooled by the external clean appearance of this hotel, the rooms probably didn't undergo a refreshing since the 70's. I stopped at this hotel by chance arriving late in GenSan. My first impression of the lobby was good enough to ask for a quotation. I asked for the executive room (1995 PHP) suspecting the standard rooms were a... More
