This hotel is clean and well maintained. The room are comfortable and equipped with good furniture. Hotel’s people are very friendly and always respond with a big smile. The restaurant a la carte propose a good menu for Asian and Western people. Good food well served. Good hotel on a trip around.

The hotel is located in Songkhla, a small Thai seaside town which don't have many other large hotels. We chose this hotel because it is not too far away from relatives' house which we were visiting for the festive period. Firstly, the illustration may depict a Viva hotel, but not the Viva Hotel in Songkhla. Secondly the staff are very helpful and friendly and make one welcome. The rooms seem a tad dated and are seriously short of electrical outlets. Nevertheless this is a reliable choice, but the breakfast is not worth the effort. The rooms are clean, the plumbing...

Was there for 2nights during a Buddhist festival, the staff really helps a lot, especially to a solo foreign tourist like me. They have been advising me on the safety issue on where to go & where not to go. Helping out with direction and many more. Btw it's my second year here In the same hotel, I was here...

We didn't find many options for places to book online for our brief stay in Songkhla, but Viva was easy to find and book. Songkhla is not a big place and Viva seemed pretty central and all taxis, motos, tuk tuks knew where it was. On arrival we were warmly greeted, very kind and friendly. Our room on the 6th...

The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is ot good, the rooms are clean, the air conditioning is noisy and not adjustable. Outside the room is a quite strong smell from fish from outside.

Beware of the Karaoke at the 3rd floor, choose a room at the 5th! the 6th is also noisy if there is a party at the 7th ! Check the aircon in the room, mine was repared in 30 mns time, and impossible to regulate (no remote) so very cold ! the buffet breakfast is for thai (if you like...
