We enjoyed the tasteful decorated apartment and the wonderful beach which is right adjacent to the apartment complex. The spot is perfect for kiters and long distance walks at the beach. The apartment complex is situated in Cabarete, the restaurants can be reached via a walk on the beach. A supermarket is also in walking distance for the basics you need.

This place is amazing, spacious and beautiful for a beach getaway. I came down to Cabarete to learn to kite surf and this is an ideal location. It is less than a ten minute walk away from dozens of different restaurants and kite schools, with people constantly launching kites directly in front of the property. The staff was really nice and super considerate. Erika, the manager, even helped me find a place to get a COVID test right down the road so that I could successfully return back to the United States. Really appreciated that. Days are beautiful and nights are quiet. I came with no vehicle, but the location was absolutely fine for those trying to get around without one. Highly, highly recommend :)

I'm very happy about Cabarete Beach House because is one of the best place for relaxing , I'm Professional Kiteboarding and World Champion. when I finish my competition , I only thinking to return again to Cabarete Beach House is the only place that I can relaxing. believe me , you are directly on the beach. amazing place for this people who doing or practice Kitesurfing, they are sure... The place is very quiet , this people who have Family , children . you can focus at your Kitesurfing spot. I can recommend this place to this people love kiteboarding an want to have the best Holiday. I recommend the House A4 an A8 /A5 the houses are very beautiful and well decorate. I stayed at the nanny estates for 3 weeks. They were so nice and I didn't even feel like it wasn't my home. Actually you can't tell me that's not my home lol. The cleaning staff was respectful and they are very trustworthy. Sometimes there are power outages but that's normal for the area. REMEMBER NOT TO DRINK THE TAP WATER. The bottle water is very inexpensive to purchase our house had two young women and one Tall male we use about a container a week but I would buy two per week because you need water to cook and clean food. The set up and comfortabitily of the house very nice its very tranquil. There is a nice pool and I think I a hot tub. The location is very nice you can walk right onto the beach and they have security from the beach steps that leads to the steps of the houses. The stove in my house I had to lite with a match every time I wanted to use it , that wasn't an issue though but its something to be aware of if you choose b-2. Overall everything was very nice and if something does go wrong its and easy fix of just letting them know. Do not be afford of the shower on the roof. Yes, its open but its very nice when washing sand off your feet or shaving our legs so its not in the community bathroom. I loved the Roof shower it was so nice on hot days. Remember to turn off the ac in your room when you leave.…

Beautiful, clean and safe with friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was that we had the only unit (C2) that was in desperate need of renovations. Chipped tiles all over, a rusty fridge that leaked constantly, poor lighting in kitchen and bathroom, no shower curtain, and the beds were complete garbage. I can sleep on any bed (soft or firm) but these were so worn that you could see the dents where people sleep. Apparently the owner is a cheapskate. One thing that sucked (but out of the hands of the establishment) is the stupid club nearby playing super loud music with heavy bass. If you're a light sleeper bring a noise machine or ear plugs. Other than that this place is great. The Cabarete Coffee Company at the entrance to the property has the best coffee in the world (and I'm a total coffee snob). They also have amazing sandwiches. Helpful tip #1: For non American travelers, the DR does accept USD but all prices are in pesos, so to avoid conversion fees get yourself some DR pesos right off the bat. Tip #2: If you have time, stop in Sosua to do your groceries before arriving. My preference is Super Pola (they have all the stuff North Americans are used to and the lines move quickly) but the locals prefer Playero (get ready to test your patience in line). If you couldn't stop en route, Janet's Grocery Store is decent. Rosa's is closer but more of a little convenience store than anything. Tip #3: Beware the cigar shop on the east side of the bay, Plaza del Tabacco. The guy sells nothing but fake cigars. He got me for one "Cohiba".…

This location is amazing, however, we stayed in unit A1 and it was in need for a major upgrade. Also, if you are sensative to noise, the nightclubs play until 3:30 every night and you cannot block the sound. We had very little sleep in 10 days. This is close to the ocean and much more expensive, but there are other units that have been upgraded and the noise is not as bad. I would ask for those when booking. The grounds are beautiful and the beach esqusite. My only down side was the unit A1. The back patio was also locked and we could not use it. We were very disapponted with the unit Also the staff are very nice and very accomodating. I would return but not to that unit. Also, ask which units are non-smoking if you are a non smoker as some do allow smoking.

We are Americans from Rhode Island who discovered Nanny Estates ten years ago when we lived and worked in Santo Domingo for four years. We've traveled throughout the country and continue to enjoy visiting other places on the island for two or three days while here, but Nanny's is our winter home away from home. We have made many friends who return each year, some for short visits and others for extended stays like us. Our extended family and friends from home have joined us for two weeks for the past few years. Although we do not kite, we enjoy walking the beach and swimming in the warm waters. We cook most of the time in the efficient kitchen and love the rooftop shower. Cabarete has many good restaurants, many within walking distance along the beach. Owners take pride in maintaining the units and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Management and staff are excellent and friendly, many of whom speak English. Security 24/7.…

We were lucky enough to enjoy one of the condo's here for the week, and were so impressed by the beautifully landscaped grounds, the easy access to the beach and the friendly and helpful staff. They have a pool and tennis court on site, and also have some grassy areas set aside overlooking the beach with outdoor furniture and comfortable lounge chairs. It felt like a home away from home!

My husband and I got married this past weekend in Sosua. Half of our friends stayed at the Cabarete Beach Houses at Nanny Estates, and we even hosted a few events there. It really was perfect, and the management made everything so easy and smooth. The guests were thrilled at the condos, the location, the setting, the cost, and the ease. Right outside of the driveway is a lovely little cafe with smoothies, and we had them cater a breakfast by the pool of the resort for two mornings. Apolinar, the manager, was friendly and flexible. The condos themselves are spacious, well-appointed, and all have lovely roof decks. There is ample security, without getting in the way. We hosted two workout classes on the grounds, and had a pizza party around the pool and in the villa. We could not have asked for a more perfect spot to host our guests and some of the wedding events. Thank you, Apolinar, for helping to make this the most perfect weekend of our lives.…
