We stayed at the Villa Rheinblick for 2 nights in July. The weather was really hot and humid and we were so grateful for the air condition when we arrived at our top floor room for the first night. There isn't much very close by so I suggest getting the in-room breakfast. Which was absolutely worth it! Our dietary restrictions... More

In a lovely home just near the river, Villa Rheinblick is a great alternative to the big city hotels. Our room was on the third floor overlooking beautiful neighbouring gardens. It was a bit of climb with the suitcases but the superbly decorated and comfortable room was so much better than most other b&b's we have encountered. Although it is... More

A very comfortable bed with equally comfortable linens. The en suite bath is very clean and modern. There is a small balcony in a lovely garden setting and Fräulein Bong will bring breakfasts... So much better than a hotel since it feels like your home away from home. Stayed 3 nights. Close to bus lines, about a 10 minute walk, for easy access to Mainz and Wiesbaden. Although you could walk across the bridge to Mainz, I think it would be a pretty long walk. Very close, less than 5 minutes, to path... More

Villa Rheinblick is in a quiet side-street, a half-block from the Rhine, although there is no view of the river or town from the rooms. The rooms are on the 3rd floor, without elevators, so be prepared to lug your bags, or travel light. I was here for a conference, and found the rooms more than adequate with one minor... More

Does the amazing location (really located overlooking the Rhine river w/gorgeous walking path along it, framed by a view on the Mainzer Dom) call for this total perfection? These owners know about hospitality with a capital H! Interiors are fabulous. The breakfast, brought to you on a silver tray, is the freshest, nicest i have seen on the entire trip.... More
