We booked a palafito room for some space and we certainly had that. We had a stunning view out over the rolling hills, down to the sea, with cows mooing in the fields nearby. The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff very welcoming and the view from the bar terrace to the Andes something we will never forget.

The hotel is quite a bit outside Castro in a great landscape with beautiful views on the sea. The rooms are small but very well equipped and quite. The staff is very friendly and does make your stay a real pleasure. The people do mainly only speak Spanish but some of the material is also available in English. We did... More

The location, the staff, the room, the facilities, everything was nearly perfection! This is a place ideal to rest and enjoy one of the best views of Chiloé island. Rooms are big enough, with balcony and excellent bathroom (no tv so you can free your mind just with the views), regular amenities and superb bedding. Restaurant is a good option... More

We loved our visit to this hotel on Chiloe! We were celebrating our honeymoon and found the hotel very private (there were only 2-3 other guests there while we were there), even a little slow. The structure is very pretty and charming, with grass growing in the roof. We stayed in a Palafito which had much more room than we... More

Far, far always. But once you get there, you'll find yourself in a amazing relaxing place, with a stunning view of the lake. Beds are incredible, service is great. We had dinner included, great also. Breakfast is ok. Highly recommended to rent a car.

Spending time at this wonderful lodge is very special. The rooms are cozy with charming decks that have fabulous views and the cabins look wonderful with more deck space. We enjoyed the beautiful location, friendly service and staff suggestion that "this is your home". The food was fine, not great, but the price was included in are charge. The bar staff was very friendly. Small indoor pool and hot tub outside. Location is about 20 minutes from the busy city of Castro.

Originally given a European-small room, but agreeably shown 4 other options when I inquired about the availability of a larger room. Selected a much larger room at the same price. Stunning views, clean room, a very accommodating staff in several different instances. We selected a "half board" option (breakfast plus dinner) and chose that due to the isolated location of...
