We had a great holiday here a couple of weeks ago. From the moment we arrived at the chalet, our hosts Danny and Ania couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. What a genuinely lovely couple. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun and nothing was too much effort. The cakes, breakfast and evening meals were delicious and plentiful! Danny’s entertainment was a hoot - what a funny guy! The chalet was clean and comfortable, rustic and a bit basic in parts (intermittent wifi/smallish towels/mediocre mattresses - hence 4/5), but for price we paid it didn’t disappoint. The lift to the ski shop each morning (where you leave all your gear overnight and walk back in your shoes .. fabulous!!) was very handy. The chalet is only a 5 minute level stroll to a lovely, pedestrianised area with shops and bars (15 to the gondola should you have to walk). Overall a super holiday and great hosts.

Big shout out to Danny and Ania for looking after us so well - not just with their delicious cooking and housekeeping - but going out of their way to make sure we had the best time… which we did :) We were a large group of 19 including families, couples and singles. Everyone was catered for so well. The rooms are based around a courtyard, which means you can be as private or inclusive as you like. The dining room was big enough for all us to eat together and play games until (too) late into the night! Danny and Jay (the owner) were available in the morning and afternoon to take us up to the gondola with our skis and snowboards. We just arranged the next days timings each evening - but the gondola, main town, bars, restaurants etc are all walkable in about 15 minutes anyway. Jay visited through the week to make sure everything was running smoothly, sorting out lessons and other needs. Laura was super helpful and easy to contact in the run up, and was really reassuring when we raised some allergies and dietary requirements, making sure that the food on offer was tailored to our needs. Thanks so much to the Garibaldi crew - we had a holiday we won’t ever forget and we miss you already!

We had an amazing time at chalet Garibaldi. Anya, Danny and Jay couldn't have done more to make us feel comfortable and relaxed on our holiday. They were so flexible and accommodating with some of our idiosyncrasies. They were perfect hosts and their food was fantastic. Thanks so much for an amazing holiday. The accommodation was clean and comfortable considering the budget. It was a 15 minute walk to the gondola however we were transferred every morning by the flexible staff. We would definitely return to stay with the total chalet team.

From the moment we arrived our hosts were incredibly welcoming, ensuring our arrival was smooth and that we settled in comfortably. The continental style breakfast was followed in the the evenings with a variety of tasty meals that were changed day to day, and all dietary requirements were catered for. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and were kept warm through the chilly nights. During the day we were taken to and from the slopes on schedule without issue. Overall my experience with chalet garibaldi and our outstanding hosts was unquestionably brilliant and I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone planning on visiting bansko 😊

Our chalet hosts, Danny and Ania, were by far and away the most impressive and welcoming part of our stay. The dinners they cooked were amazing (the lasagna was the best lasagna I've ever had), and the fact they were catering for 20 people makes it all the more impressive. I would 100% stay with Total Chalets again, and I'd definitely be requesting the same hosts! Cheers guys, Ned.

We visited as a group of 20 at Chalet Garibaldi, and they couldn’t have looked after all 20 of us any better! Danny and Ania made the most amazing food each day and accommodated for all our dietary requirements with ease! Making seafarers Vegan meals for our party too. The rooms were ideal for what we needed, clean, tidy and suited us with ease for our ski holiday. Would 100% recommend!

Stayed here for a week with 20 friends on a stag do. The location and activities were obviously brilliant, only made better by staying at Chalet Garibaldi. Danny & Ania were amazing and catered for us should we have needed anything. Danny as the host made sure that we were always having the best time and was treated as one of the lads due to how friendly and approachable he was. The staff made sure that everyone had equipment and lessons arranged, as well as looked after those with their own equipment. They made sure everyone had the right lift passes and resolved any issues we had The food was 10/10 and massively impressive for the setup, Ania (the chef) did not cook a single "ok" meal, every single one of them was fanstastic. She also catered seperate meals for those of us who were vegan or had allergies. Every morning at breakfast we were presented with a gourmet continental with a massive spread of food. The rooms were kept in top condition, cleaned regularly and were cosy. Each room had an en suite with a hot shower and a clean bathroom. Shuttles to and from the gondola (and half way point) were regular and almost often treated as personal taxi service, but once again the staff were excellent and catered to us. If you're looking for somewhere to spend a week as a group with everything taken care of then this is the place.

We had the BEST time at Chalet Garibaldi. Danny and Ania were fantastic and made us feel right at home by catering to all of our needs and just generally being fabulous fun hosts! They really looked after us brilliantly and I hope to come again! The food was great - proper wholesome home cooking which was perfect for the group with all dietary requirements catered for. The cakes in particular were exceptional. The view of the mountain at breakfast was also a definite bonus! The rooms were perfect for us - cosy and with nice ensuites (although ours was a tad chilly due to the proximity to the courtyard - but Danny was on hand with extra blankets). The location to the town was just the ticket for us - with regular shuttles whenever we needed them. The discount and brilliant ski hire shop made such a difference to us being able to flexibly drop off and pick up our equipment. The free spa pass was also a lovely bonus. All in all a fabulous trip and would HIGHLY recommend booking for a group ski trip (and the adjoining chalet Jora for larger groups which we had was an absolute BLAST).
