Just got back from a 7 night stay. Family of 5 2 adults 3 children (17,15,7). We had a 4th floor 2 bedroom apartment. The views were beautiful and the location was lovely altho you would need car hire as a bit out of nowhere.
The apartment was ok bit basic. On arrival we had no kettle, cutlery or cooking equipment. I contacted reception who informed me that they dont leave it in the room it has to be requested (this was not advised on website or booking info) they promptly brought up all we needed tho.
Being on the 4th floor we had ceiling that sloped this proved to be challenging in the double bedroom and the bathroom. The double room had ceiling windows the blinds were all broken and one of the blinds had been screwed to the wrong part of the window meaning you couldn’t open it. The bed was a bit unstable headboard broke off (my partner had to screw it back on). Mattress quite hard and uncomfortable. No side lights so you have to switch the main light off before getting into bed which can be fun in the dark lol. The twin room was nice and spacious plenty of room but yet again mattresses quite hard and uncomfortable.
Bathroom had toilet bath and over bath shower. However the toilet didnt work (luckily there was a separate toilet) and you couldn’t stand up in the shower due to the slope on the roof.
Living area nice and spacious. Sofa bed easy to work altho really uncomfortable and hard to sleep on.
It advises WIFI but thats only in the reception lobby not in the rooms.
Outside pool was very cold (i dont think it was heated) and floor around the pool was very uneven with some broken slabs and loose cement. PE toy of sun beds altho there was a lot of broken ones.
Didn’t use the spa, gym or steam room. Indoor pool was nice and warm, a little small but ok for a handful of people.
Only used restaurant for breakfast which was continental with plenty of choice.
Staff seemed ok they didnt really talk or interact that much tbh.
It seems a nice hotel but we just felt that our room needs a bit of money spent on it to help improve it. I’m not sure if we would stay again

We visited here last week. The facilities are great - a gym pool - Jacuzzi- all great. And they provide a free bus to and from the slopes everyday . That's great!! - however ....its so strange ....its empty. And bearing in mind it's empty - you still have to source a bar tender yourself to serve you a drink! There's a shop opposite and we found it quicker to walk there a buy a cheaper than attempt to get served one. (And cheaper) the place is undoutably beautiful and perfect cheaper alternative to staying a bansko. We got talking to a guy who owned a place here and he explained all the problems are due to the 2nd gondola never being built . Which made sense but was still disappointing for us. One massive thumbs up is just down the road the queens pub will collect you for free and take you home and there food is delicious!!! So please try it there if you stay here!!! 4 minutes down the road!!

We didn't expect much from this hotel but we still got disappointed.
The hotel have potential but it has bad management.
Cons:
1. Mattresses and pillows must be burned immediately. They are not changed from the opening of the hotel (almost 10 years). Disqusting . The worst mattress i have ever tried to sleep on.
2. Food is below average. I suggest you don't buy full board or half board. If you don't like meat you will stay hungry. Some basic foods (like baked potatoes) were awful. We ended eating in neighbor hotels.
When we asked the writers why there is no variety of foods, the answer was that the weather is to hot, and people don't bother with food on hot weather.
There is absolutely no option for healthy meals.
3. The pool is overcrowded. If you don't get up very early all sunbeds will be taken. The pool is dirty!
4. We were with little baby. And we have baby stroller. The elevator stops on middle floors. So if you are disabled or have baby stroller, you will struggle.
5. The lobby, the restaurant dot have air conditioning. Its very hot and unpleasant to eat there.
6. The waiters are nice but they are not professionals. And the coffee is served in Lavazza cups but its cheap instant awful coffee.
7.No wifi in rooms, garden or pool.
8. Bathroom was leaking.
9. Rooms weren't cleaned at all during our stay (just garbage cans were emptied)

Pros:
1. One bedroom apartments are spacious and have kitchen.
2. Its nice and quiet during the night (unlike some other hotels in the area Murite or Green wood, which were like discotheques)
3. Cheap.

We stayed there for 5nights. Although we liked the area it was impossible for me to stay one more night on that mattress.
We changed to Terra Complex hotel for additional two nights.

My partner is Bulgarian and we like this place very much and have travelled all around Bulgaria, I understand some of the reviews regarding the staff and the confusion but generally this place has a lot to offer. It has fantastic views of the Pirin mountains, the restaurant and pools are decent and there is a massive golf course you can walk to by foot with its own resort and additional restaurants. Yes its a bit from the centre of Bansko but thats why you get the fantastic views from most the rooms and the pool. The whole of the Bansko resort is basically on one hill climb anyway and you just don't get the transport to get to the lift unless you book somewhere in the center and walk, so hire a car you can then access other fantastic places like Rila and Melnik. We went there in the pandemic and I think thats when it was struggling a bit with staffing but when we return this summer I am sure it will be great and back to normal. I read the bad reviews of the drivers on the shuttle buses and I have seen that first hand but thats not the hotels fault and that is National Bulgarian road safety thing. We avoid that by driving ourselves and avoid using the taxis and buses. Its become a sad fact of Bulgaria unfortunately

Visited a while back. And will never return!!. Staff where rude. Rooms cold and damp!. It's in the middle of nowhere!. On one evening. There was a private party. That residents where not told about! Came back from the slopes same time as we had all week to go for dinner.. and was told we couldn't eat!! We had paid for all inclusive but it was most definitely not! We got told to order and pay off the menu which was odd as we where all inclusive.. when we got it after an hour wait! We had a bottle of ketchup 1 year out of date!!!.. and food was vile and cold. and refused to pay! The food all week from the buffet was cold and just not nice!! To which I came home with food poisoning!! Never again!!! Do not visit!!!

Looking at the good reviews I am asking myself if the people who left them are in their right mind?! The location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, not as they advertise it. There are no restaurants or pubs in 5 kilometer range, besides the restaurant of the hotel, which is very small and always over crowded. If you want a beverage from the lobby bar you have to perform a search&rescue operation for the bartenders - they are never there. There is no warm connection between the SPA and the apartment blocks, you literally have to go outside in your bathrobe in -5C to go to your room!!!! The rooms themselves are not bad, but no way near a 4 star accommodation, more like 2star . Besides the lack of luxury the rooms are VERY cold. The hallways are as well VERY cold. We had to practically bed for additional heating - I simply do not know how the small children survived without getting a pneumonia. Long story short - do not waste your time and money spending your vacation here. All the advertisements on the website are false and incomplete , there are WAY BETTER hotels in Bansko !!

Been there during Christmas holidays this year.
Very good quality of the furniture in the rooms. Unfortunately they put us in room for smokers and the smell was terrible. The corridors were very cold which lead to not so nice feeling when you go from the pool/spa area. The room was very dirty - a lot of dust here and there...
Terrible personnel. Salad was served in very unfashionable manner.
The waiters did not know what glasses to use for spirit drinks, etc
The hotel is advertised as 4 star but it's 3 star.
Occasionally the SPA zone was not prepared also. (Sauna/steam bath not hot)
The pool was very dirty.

I will never go again there.

The complex is in a lovely valey between 3 mountains and has a great view. Very close to Bansko although you need a car or shuttle to get there.
The rooms are huge equiped with everything you need from cups to cooking utensils. All rooms could be cleaned daily if you want.
The outdoor pool is pretty large but considering we are at the mountain, quite cold. The inside one, however, is with very warm and nice water. Clean and nice saunas. We haven't tried any massages for opinion.
The food is fine. Not something special but for a block table, good enough.
Overall, very good hotel especially for its price.

Only just had time to review but had an awful stay here. The Good points were the spa was nice and the lobby was nice.

However...
Bad - the bath tap did not work. Only the shower head worked.
-It was a long drive to the slopes and the shuttle only ran around 4 times a day!
We were the only skiers in the whole of the hotel.
- In the kitchenette, there was only one knife for 2 people
- toilet was not attached properly to the wall and would move around.
- The shuttlebus drivers didn't wear belts and they were on their phones. Not just phoning people, but also scrolling through facebook. . - - The Shuttle riding leave on time and it was regularly late for over an hour. On one occasion it was 3 hours late.

We would not recommend staying here and we left the hotel mid way though the holiday to stay somewhere else

I spent a holiday with my family in the hotel.
I liked :
* The location
* How quiet and big the apartment was
* The equipment
* Staff at reception
* Cleanness of the room (when we arrived)
* Indoor pool and gym worked late (until 21:00)
* Hair dryer
The things I disliked:
* Leaking toilet (good that there were two in the apartment)
* Small parking (not enough when hotel is full)
* No wi-fi in the room
* Small indoor pool (good for 10 people, while hotel can host at least 300)
* Breakfast (simply not delicious)
* Basic tidy up of the room (getting one dirty towel out and bringing toilet paper is not what I expected)
* No indoor passage between the indoor pool and the apartment

General conclusion is that I expected more from the hotel.
