Chris and Maria welcomed us with warm cookies and a huge smile on the first day and continued the personal friendly service throughout the whole week! The hotel is a walk away from the centre of town and the gondola. Rooms were comfy and super clean. Lots of communal rooms including a lounge with open fire and a lovely games room. We were initially going to eat out all week but the great quality and value breakfast and incredible dinners beat the competition hands down! So friendly and so helpful for a bunch of beginner skiers of adults and children. Cannot recommend enough!

I stayed here with my 2 children (15 & 20) for half term skiing. Krasimir and Maria were wonderful hosts, very friendly and welcoming, Krasimir drove us to the ski hire shop and up to Chalin Valog every morning so we could beat the long queues for the gondola. Breakfasts were very tasty and filling and Maria's homemade cookies and banitsa were delicious. Krasimir gave us parting gifts of his home made wine and Bulgarian rose hand cream.
Our rooms were spacious, warm, cosy and very clean. Beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet and in a quiet area but only 10 mins walk from the gondola and the town.

The host owners were excellent, always helpful and good attitude with our questions and requests for meals, sauna, jacuzzi etc.
We enjoyed the nye party they hosted with other guests. Food was typical local meals, all delicious and waiting staff very good. We thoroughly enjoyed this rather than going in to the town.
Breakfast was a good spread of eggs, cold cuts, hot items, salads, fruits, yoghurt.
Location is excellent and quiet. 10min walk to the gondola and ski centre area. And 10min walk in the opposite direction for the old town.
We were in a twin room. Room was comfortable but found the bathroom inconvenient as was a wet room with the shower over the toilet. Considering the shape and size of the bathroom they could have placed the toilet next to the basin (next to door) and then the shower at the end of the room. I did spot some of the other rooms had the same wet rooms and others had a proper separate shower.
We really enjoyed our stay here, with excellent hosts and locations. If visiting here again we would ensure to request a room without a wet room.

A lovely traditional Bulgarian hotel, clean, comfortable rooms and breakfast was delicious. The hosts krasimir and Maria were lovely and made us feel so welcome with their warm hospitality. They arranged transport from the airport and ferried us daily the gondola - personal service.
Highest commendation is that I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it most highly

The Owners Krasimir & Maria were so friendly. Krasimir lifted us from Plovdiv airport and left us back again for 180lev each way which was much better than any other quote I got. We were greeted with Maria's homemade Cookies when we arrived. we had a lovely breakfast each morning and we ate dinner here one evening which was also very nice. Krasimir makes a lovely homemade wine and when I suggested purchasing a bottle to take home he gifted us one each. I contacted Krasimir a few times before the trip and he was always very quick to reply. the room was very clean and cosy.

Only superlatives about this hotel. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. Service is excellent and breakfast is delicious and with great variety. You can have also other meals. Location is a few minutes walk from city center and the ski gondola. The owner will drive you in the morning to the ski lift, if you prefer. But the best thing about this hotel is the Rahoff: Krasimir and Maria and their family. They are always there for your needs and give you the feeling of home with a treatment for VIP. Highly recommended.

The off-season cost of this place was a bargain. We arrived early and it was open but there was nobody about, however once that was solved the couple in charge were extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room looked out to the mountains, it was clean and had colourful rugs and all the basic equipment. The bed was all right but a little concave, although I slept very well. Breakfast was what we wanted, so overall this was a good stay.
It is about 15 minutes pleasant walk to the centre of town where there are plenty of restaurants.
When I asked about a taxi to take us to the station the next morning we were offered a ride by the proprietor. That is good service.

This is our second year staying here and they have continued to exceed expectations when it comes to staying in Bansko. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and warm and couldn't ask for better with the price that the rooms are.
Special mention for the breakfast in the morning and the unreal dinners that are provided in the restaurant

A lovely week in Rahoff Hotel with the friendly and welcoming Chris and Maria. They looked after my family and friends from the start. Comfortable and simple Hotel with a lovely common room and some amazing Bulgarian home cooked meals. Very good value and a good base for our first skiing trip.

We was in hotel for 7 days during winter and found amazing good hospitality!
The hotel is small and intimate (feel-at-home hotel)! It's around 700m from ski lift.
Our room was lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable.
Krasimir (owner), Maria and Dido was always at service and speak english.
Owners home made wine is mandatory for consuming!!!
The snow wasn't great while we were there but we had some skiing and it was good.
Parking is infront of hotel and it's free.
We will come back to Rahoff!!!
