I have never been here, but I am shocked that a card with my numbers was used to pay for someone's stay recent stay to the tune of $704.00. Time to ask for photo ID and signature before accepting payment. Now in claims dispute and my checking...

The hotel room was very comfortable and the shuttle to Petra made it easy to enjoy the sites. As it was late season we ate a very enjoyable buffet breakfast at the hotel next door, also under the same ownership. Atta and his staff went out of their way to help us with our onward trip.

The family-flair is also apparent...
